Attempting to explore how to use big data thinking in the design of the user experience in the smart tourism products projects,this thesis tries to make design work justified.By the method of literature research,it analyzes and summarizes the current application of big data in various fields around the world.Subsequently,by the way of the qualitative analysis,fractionizing the user groups and deducing their different travel motives.And the main demands in five phases——preparatory phase,travel to site,on-site activities,return travel and recollection phase——combined with the business requirements lead to different tourism product design targets.Also,the decomposition of the design target results different relative factors which correspond to different quantifiable data index that can be used to assess the quality of user experience.This entire process reflects the thought of "everything can be measured”.At the same time,in order to summarize the user experience of tourism applications more clearly,it establishes the user experience quality evaluation model.On the basis of above analysis it also sums up the key demand chains——travel guide,booking,navigation,entertainment and tools demand chain,that involves different user experience cycles and evaluation dimensions which constitute the user experience quality evaluation model of tourism applications.The data indexes and the model together can be used to predict the development of a tourism application roughly after launch.Finally,through interdisciplinary research method,combining the knowledge of the different domains such as design,statistics,it summarizes a series of design methods that are suitable for designers to guide user experience design with big data,including how to found the problem,how to determine the most appropriate solution,how to test the applicability of scheme,and how to forecast,how to carry out the personalized service to highlight the characteristics of the product.In a series of theoretical basis,combines with practical examples to illustrate how big data affects the user experience design in "BanLv" APP project,how to monitor the customer churn,and how to solve this problem.And it enable designers to know more about user behavior,making the user experience design activities become accurate and improve design efficiency.
