Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Phlegm Heat Syndrome By Removing Phlegm And Clearing Lung And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the effect of Ditan Huayu Qingfei treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)clinical curative effect of phlegm heat in the lung of patients with type of inflammatory factor C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)level changes,to further explore the mechanism and significance COPD treatment of phlegm heat phlegm and removing blood stasis obstructing lung type Qingfei,provide reliable theory support for the clinical treatment of COPD.Methods:The clinical trial randomized and controlled method,in the acute phase of COPD syndrome is phlegm heat obstructing lung type patients,90 cases were in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(routine therapy)and treatment group(oral medicine decoction plus Western medicine conventional therapy)45 cases.The two groups were treated for 14 days.The symptoms and signs were recorded daily,and the related items were checked before and after the treatment.All the experimental data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software.Results:(1)Clinical symptoms:two groups symptoms had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05);after 14 days of treatment can improve symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine effect,can reduce the symptom scores,but the treatment group in reducing the total score than the control group,the two groups have statistical significance;treatment group display control rate was 91.11%,significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Pulmonary function:after treatment,the percentage of FEV1 in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Inflammation index:the treatment group and control group,the total number of white blood cell C reactive protein levels after treatment were better than before treatment,after treatment with significant difference;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the two group the serum levels of IL-10 were higher than that before treatment,there was no significant difference between the groups before treatment;the decreased expression of IL-6 in serum,the difference was statistically significant.(4)The index of blood gas analysis:treatment group and control group patients in blood PO2 and pH value were better than before treatment,after treatment with significant difference;effect of treatment group in improving the PCO2 levels than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of COPD lung phlegm-heat phlegm stasis lung patients with significant clinical effect,its mechanism may be released by patients with inflammatory mediators and cytokines in acute COPD,reduce airway and systemic inflammation,relax bronchial smooth muscle,improve lung function,eliminate sputum,which has clinical curative effect good,is conducive to the improvement of symptoms in patients with COPD.
