On The F.A.Hayek's Theory Of Negativity:A Perspective Of Marx's Negative Dialectics

Friedrich August von Hayek is a famous and significant scholar in 20 th century of human intellectual history.Hayek's theories influenced one generation in so many research fields in terms of philosophy,economics,politics,laws and psychology science,by which he opens up his remarkable insights.It is conspicuous that Hayek should be considered as the most important liberalism scholar in the past decades.As a faith,He had dedicated the entire academic career to protect and defend the market theory of liberalism.Negativity,as the logical origin and essence of theories and thoughts of Hayek,expressed the evolution process of his ideological system.It is a pivot for us to complete all the theories that we should take an intensive comprehension on negativity.This dissertation demonstrates Hayek's negativity theory in the perspectives of the origin,connotation,features and political practice.First of all,the theoretical origin.Hayek's negativity theory has three main and significant origins: Epistemology of Kant,Scottish Englightenment and Austrain School of Economics.Secondly,the theoretical connotation.In this section,three negative concepts would be discussed: libety,justice and equality,which also can be considereds the core of Hayek's political philosophy.Thirdly,the theoretical characteristics.This part concentrates on the characteristics of the negativity theory and Evolutional Rationalism,Methodological Individualism and spontaneuous order would be mentioned.In the fourth part,the dissertation would explain the Hayek's views of Rule by law,Constitutionalism and Democracy theories.This dissertation not only focus on the negativity of Hayek's theory,but considers and examines it by means of discussing the perspective of Marx's negative dialectics.There are three crucial factors in the negative dialectics of Marx: rationality,practice and association of free individuals,based on which the dissertation discusses three path —— protect individual rights,practice justice and reason historical evolution —— for the evaluation of Hayek's theories,in order to highlight the significances of his thoughts.
