"Maritime Silk Road" cultural industry is associated with the Ancient Marine Silk Road Cultural and historical resources of local cultural industry,its rich historical and cultural resources of the "maritime Silk Road" and distinctive cultural traits,the culture industry formed more unified cultural and commercial value and market value of spiritual life,with local specialty as the local renewable assets.The study of local cultural industry should take the construction of "the local sense" as its core goal,which is an innovative perspective of this research.The research perspective is based on the integration and application of following four theories,including the value connotation of local culture industry,the theory of industrial life cycle,the theory of local culture industry value innovation and the theory of local brand.In this thesis,for the first time Fujian HAISI culture industry is taken as the research object.Firstly,we try to reconstruct the value system of Fujian Marine Silk Road Cultural Resources,and then the overall analysis of the current situation and problems of Fujian local cultural industry policy is conducted;finally,we put forward the corresponding policy of cultural industry innovation path.Based on the above pilot study,three typical representatives of Fujian Marine Silk Road cultural industry are studied indepth.Finally,this thesis puts forward the development of cultural industry in Fujian HAISI theoretical framework and some corresponding suggestions,including following six aspects:1)To construct the core value of "the sense of place" for the local cultural industry development;2)the development of local cultural industry with the cultural dissemination view;3)the innovation of local cultural industry policy to culture management concept;4)the inherent conflict cultural production has become the fundamental driving force of sustainable development of local cultural industries;5)the use of new media as the basis of macroscopic path of sustainable development of local cultural industries;6)the effect of minority interest.The future prospect of this research may concentrated in the following aspects:the problem should be closely integrated with the related issues such as national image,national governance and cultural governance,so as to further deepen the theoretical path of cultural industry research.At the same time,the research paradigm of the construction of local cultural industry and "the sense of place" in theory and method can be improved further.
