Research On The Text Configuration Of "Documents Unearthed From The Pagoda Of Shende Temple In Shaanxi" (Volume One)

Kaishu was ripe and stable in Tang-Song period.It will be valuable to analysis the handwriting characteristics and features of structure of Kaishu in Tang-Song period.Besides,it is referable to our language policy.Shende temple is located in Yaozhou,Tongchuan city in Shannxi province.It is the most ancient building in Yaozhou.The Discovered Documents from Shende Temple were discovered by government on September 24th,2004.These documents were collected in Yaozhou museum after being discovered,so there had no any studies about these documents.Huang Zheng and Wang Xuemei investigated these documents for 2 years from the end of 2009.They showed the academic values of these documents to people.Thess documents have substantial content which consist of 242 volumes(from No.Y0001 to No.Y0242).These documents were authenticated as documents in Jin-Yuan period by Shannxi Cultural Relics Bureau.Actually,these documents were turned out to be the works about Buddhism of Tang-Song period.Discovered Documents from Shende Temple Pagoda in Shaanxi Province(Documents for short)were published by Phoenix Publishing House in 2012.Huang Zheng and Wang Xuemei showed readers the full features of these documents.There have no any studies about these documents from the angles of Chinese characters' structural system.So it will be referable to study on Chinese characters'structural system about these documents.This study is based on the theory of Chinese characters' structural system,taking clear pictures of characters in 14 volumes from Documents(Book One)as subjects.This study has collected 35562 characters and 1329 distinctive characters form Documents(Book One).There are 6 chapters in this paper.Chapter one is an introduction.This chapter includes the conception of the theory of Chinese characters' structural system and the condition of Documents(Book One).Chapter two:the collection of characters in Documents(Book One).This chapter shows the relationship between Yigou characters(characters formed by different structural elements which show different structural meaning)and Yixie characters(characters formed by different structural elements which show the same structural meaning)and Tongxing characters(different characters which using the same form).There are 631 Yixie characters and 11 Yigou characters in 1329 characters.It shows the stabilization of characters in Documents(Book One).Chapter three:the collection of characters' structural elements in Documents(Book One).There are 437 characters' structural elements in Documents(Book One)based on the theory of Chinese characters' structural system.Chapter four:the characters' structural mode and characters' structural levels in Documents(Book One).This chapter shows the characters' structural mode and characters' structural levels in Documents(Book One)by the theory of structure to function.Chapter five:the features and development of characters' structural system in Documents(Book One).This chapter shows the comparison between the other kinds of Chinese characters' structural system in different times or different fonts.Chapter six:the historical status of characters' structural system and characters'fonts of Documents(Book One).This paper is the first study about Chinese characters' structural system about Documents(Book One).This study will be valuable and referable for the study of Chinese characters' structural system.The appendix in this study provides an important reference value for the dynastic research and the history of Chinese characters'structural system.
