| Symphony orchestra is a cultural card of the country and the city,the development of symphony culture is an important way to enhance our country and city’s soft power.In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy and improvement of consumption,people’s spiritual demand is also moving towards a higher level,this will undoubtedly bring new opportunity for the development of the symphony.But under the trend of market-oriented reform of art troupes,the national symphony orchestra is introduced into commercial operation mode,to build their own competitiveness,improve profit margins.This dissertation is based on the above background,Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research.The definition of the concept and characteristics of the symphony orchestra competitiveness and evaluation is by mean of summarized the research of symphony orchestra’s competitiveness both at home and abroad.Using the value chain model analyses the composition of symphony orchestra competitiveness elements,and established the Chinese philharmonic orchestra competitiveness evaluation index system.Based on the empirical research on the theory construct of the evaluation index system for validation and optimization,and using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of evaluation index.Finally,carrying out a case study on competitiveness evaluation and analysis of professional symphony orchestra of China’s deputy provincial city,and put forward the ascension of competition countermeasures of all kinds of symphony orchestra.The main research content of this dissertation is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this dissertation,introduced the reason of selected topic and research background,then systematically combed relevant research results of firm competitiveness evaluation,cultural enterprise competitiveness evaluation,performing arts institutions competitiveness evaluation and symphony orchestra competitiveness evaluation,and based on this,presents the research purpose and meaning,finally introduced the research idea,content and method of this dissertation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this dissertation,divided into two parts.The first part by analyzing the relation of “dynamic transformation” between enterprise resource,capability and competitiveness to build the “resources-ability-competitiveness” mapping model.The second part analyzes the “purpose”,“object” and “method” of symphony orchestra’s competitiveness and evaluation,define the competitiveness of symphony orchestra in mainland China and the concept and characteristics of competitiveness evaluation,finally expounds the principle of orchestra’s competitiveness evaluation.The third chapter built the evaluation index system of this dissertation.First by analyzing the relationship between “value chain and competitive” and “value activities and competitiveness on each dimension”,and build the "value chain-competitiveness" relation model.Then based on this model,establishing the Chinese domestic symphony orchestras’ competitiveness model,and uses the value chain to analyze the competitiveness elements of symphony orchestra,design the symphony orchestra competitiveness evaluation index system in mainland China.Finally based on the characteristics of the symphony orchestra,has chosen the methods of evaluation indexes.The fourth chapter is the empirical research part of this dissertation,the evaluation index system is divided into two parts: optimization and empowerment.The first part is the design of the competitiveness evaluation index system of Chinese domestic symphony orchestra theoretical assumptions,invited seven experts to participate in the semi-structured interviews.Based on the interview results,the theory of hypothesis test and optimize the evaluation index system.The second part designs the judgement of each dimension index of relative importance between two comparison questionnaire,using expert investigation method to carry out the weight of evaluation index system of investigation.Through the AHP analytic hierarchy process to quantify the survey data analysis,finally after the data through the consistency check,calculate the weight distribution of evaluation indexes.The fifth chapter is the case study of this dissertation,the selection for the development of Chinese symphony industry core: Chinese vice provincial professional symphony orchestra as objects of case studies.First collection evaluation index system of the related data,then use SPSS software to calculate the score of each symphony orchestra is absolutely competitive and relatively competitive,the evaluation result is the mathematical analysis,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of all kinds of ring band competitiveness promotion.The sixth chapter is the full text summary and outlook,systematically reviews the research conclusion of this dissertation,analyzes the shortage of research put forward the thinking and direction of follow-up studies.The innovation points of this dissertation mainly has five aspects: First,defined the concept of competitiveness of symphony orchestra;Second is to define the concept of symphony orchestra competitiveness evaluation;Third it is proposed the symphony orchestra competitiveness evaluation principle;Forth is the establishment of a symphony orchestra “value chain-competitiveness” relationship model;Fifth is to establish the symphony orchestra competitiveness evaluation index system. |
