cultivation",and"making the world peaceful with the policy of righteousness" has already included"self-cultivation".In this way,value rationality and instrumental rationality have achieved some degree of unity in"external action"and "making the world peaceful with the policy of righteousness".The strategy is the planning and arrangement for the overall and long-term major problems,and the"making the world peaceful with the policy of righteousness."must involve planning and arranging the major issues in the future.This shows that Chinese philosophy itself has a strategic thinking attribute.The book of"ZhouYi"(The book of changes)as "the head of the classic scriptures and the source of" Da Tao",which has shown a comprehensive and profound strategic thought at the source.In this paper,through the combing of the basic concepts of ZhouYi strategic ontology,axiology and subjectivity,and using analysis methods such as the symbols and the numbers of logic,and then a framework is constructed.And it attempts to understand Chinese philosophy from a strategic perspective provide examples that can be used for reference.From the perspective of strategic philosophy,the Chinese traditional thought tends to raise the "Tao"as the highest ontology to an important strategic position,and grasping the "Tao"holds the direction of things and the trend of the world.The idea of"Bian Tong"and"Hidden and Appearance"in the book of"ZhouYi"provides an abstract model for the strategic planning,strategic decision-making and strategic practice of the strategic subjects.And this abstract model provides a realistic path for the strategic subjects to grasp the highest ontology of the"Tao".The"Changes"is the key to achieving the metaphysical "Tao"and the physical phenomenon.The"changes"can be interpreted with"Hua","Bian"and"Tong".The"Hua"means that things are in permanent change;The"Bian"represents a division and scale that humans perform according to the nature of the"Hua",we call this scale "nodes".And the"nodes"with greater significance for the human production and living are called "keynodes".The"Bian"is in the"Hua",arranging production and living in accordance with the"Bian" means conforming to the natural creation of heaven and earth,which is"Tong".In this way,the development of things has shifted from objective"Hua"to"Bian Tong"in which both subject and object participate.The premise of"Bian Tong"exists is that the change and development of things always have a regularity of the cycle.Therefore,one of the realistic ways for the strategic subject to grasp the"Tao" is to follow to the changing situation and direction of the development of things by grasping the"key nodes"of"Bian Tong".Strategic planning and practice require that the strategic subjects to have a clear and rational perception to the"Hidden and Appearance".The features of the"micro-interpretation"of the book of"ZhouYi"provide important enlightenment for the behaviour subjects to have clear visions.The"Tai ji"as Supreme ontology of the book of"ZhouYi"constantly displays the endless process of "Liang yi","Si xiang"and"Ba gua",and the strategic subjects also uses self-conscious to"Zhi Ji"and participate in the process from the"Hidden"to the"Appearence"with"Qiong shen zhi hua",which is not only achieve the highest artistic boundary,but also achieve a philosophical realm.The first problem to be solved in strategic philosophy is the issue of strategic value.The question of value is not clear,and it does not know who the strategy serves,and the strategy loses its premise of existence.The strategic axiology of"ZhouYi"mainly includes the two aspects of the order view of "wan guo xian ning"and the concept of people's livelihood of"sheng sheng zhi wei yi".One of the strategic value orientations of the book of "ZhouYi" is to construct a set of stable order to balance the distribution of resources between humans and nature,people and people,and between humans and society,which makes every individual can develop according to his own will and achieve the strategic goal of "wan guo xian ning".In order to achieve the strategic goal of"wan guo xian ning",it is necessary to understand the important role of"the beginning of all things"in the construction of social order."The beginning of all things"not only marks the construction of social order,but also marks the birth of a social governance model.From the point of human development process,the construction of social order can have various forms.No matter what kind of social order is established,it must conform to the"Zheng"standard,and the"Zheng"is both a value requirement and a corresponding social development rule.Therefore,the construction of "Zheng"social order has unified values and means.The construction of the social order of"the beginning of all things" must be based on the value of "all things",that is to say,the book of "ZhouYi"takes the"people" as the center to construct the social order.In this way,the construction of the social order must conform to the development requirements and goals of the"individual itself".This requires that the state power must implement the self-evolving and self-organizing social governance model of"yuan heng li zhen";that is,the formation of the order must be based on self-organization and assisted by his organization.The order and people's livelihood are two sides of the same relationship,and without order,the people would not have a stable environment to engage in production and living and human civilization would not progress.Similarly,without people's livelihood,the construction of social order is unstable.The book of"ZhouYi"pointed out that the construction of order should be based on"people's livelihood"and regard it as the foothold.In the view of people's livelihood,the book of "ZhouYi" puts forward the theme of "sheng sheng zhi wei yi".And pushing"Tian Tao"to clarify human affairs,the view of people's livelihood of the book of"ZhouYi"is based on"the birth of heaven and earth"and ends with"the birth of human society"."The birth of heaven and earth"endows"the birth of human society"with dignity and value pursuit.And"the birth of human society" gives meaning to"the birth of heaven and earth".The value orientation and consciousness of strategic subjects have important influence on strategic planning,strategic decision-making,and strategic management.The strategic subject theory of the book of "ZhouYi" believes that the strategic subjects should have awareness of unexpected development,rational awareness,moral awareness,utilitarian awareness and world consciousness.Among them,the awareness of unexpected development is the core consciousness,and it already contains rational consciousness and moral consciousness.The book of"ZhouYi"requires that the strategic subjects must first have a awareness of unexpected development,only in this way can we consciously seek solutions to the problems,which will avoid the development of things in a vicious direction.The awareness of unexpected development raises questions and rational consciousness solves problems,and even the raising of the problem itself is also performance of rational consciousness.All contents of the book of"ZhouYi"including"Guaxiang","Guaci","Yaoci","Tuanzhuan","Xiangzhuan","Xicizhuan","Shuaguazhuan","Xuguazhuan","Zaguazhuan"and so on are full of deep sense of rationality.The book of"ZhouYi"requires that the strategic subjects must have moral consciousness,this is because moral consciousness itself is a kind of great wisdom,and the planning and arrangement of long-term strategy will inevitably contain moral values.Meanwhile,The book of"ZhouYi"requires that the strategic subjects take the governance of the world as the highest strategic goal.Therefore,the strategic subjects must also have the awareness of the world and utilitarianism. |
