Study On The Coordinated Response Mechanism And Development Path Of Traditional Villages In The Process Of New Urbanization

Industrialization stage,China’s urban and rural development has been guided by the urban polarization of development,in this central polarization of the absorption of regional social resources,the objective deprivation of rural development,rural areas have become marginalized regions.In the post-industrialization stage,as China calls the era of reform and innovation,the new urbanization with rural revitalization as the national policy has become the task of our times,and the integrated development of urban and rural areas,which is led by the regional synchronous development view,becomes an important idea to realize rural revitalization.Traditional village,as a typical village settlement which continues and inherits the regional traditional culture,differs from the unique value of the city as the local culture,which is embodied in the cultural ecological landscape of the traditional village.Based on the regional cultural ecological landscape value of human geography,This paper takes the traditional village as the research object,takes the traditional village cultural ecological landscape value as the starting point,and uses the urban-rural integrated development concept of the humanistic Geography-the regional synchronous development view,discusses the coordinated response mechanism of the traditional village in the new urbanization process.Based on the ecological view of cultural landscape and the value cognition principle of regional cultural ecological landscape,This paper puts forward the concept of integrated development of traditional village cultural ecological landscape value protection and reproduction,aiming to realize the unification of "urbanization and traditional village protection and development" and the simultaneous reappearance of the value of traditional village cultural ecological landscape.This paper takes 171 provincial traditional villages in Shaanxi province as samples,divides traditional village groups according to regional cultural ecological landscape types,studies the influence and evolution of urbanization on cultural landscape ecology of typical traditional villages,and puts forward the value of traditional village cultural ecological landscape in the process of new urbanization,namely "+ industry,community,multi-governance" of the overall development of the road.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part analyzes the current situation of the research on the spatial development of traditional villages in the context of urbanizationand traditional village planning,and finds that the research on the integrated response mechanism,development concept and path of the traditional villages to urbanization is an academic and practical problem which is still to be solved.The second part discusses the coordinated response mechanism of traditional village in the process of new urbanization.Based on the concept of urban-rural overall development of human geography,the paper first puts forward the comprehensive response mechanism of traditional villages in the new urbanization process,which embodies the unified mechanism of "urbanization and traditional village protection and development" and the protection and reproduction of traditional village cultural ecological landscape.The third part,based on the cultural landscape ecology and regional cultural ecological landscape value cognition principle,put forward the traditional village culture ecological landscape value protection and reproduction of the overall concept of development,mainly including the traditional village culture ecological landscape protection and reproduction principle and planning control concept,it provides value guidance and theoretical direction for the integrated development path of traditional villages under the new urbanization Process.The forth part,based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of traditional villages in Shaanxi province,using the cultural heritage landscape gene recognition and the construction of landscape genome map,from the perspective of regional cultural ecological landscape,the traditional villages in Shaanxi are divided into patriarchal ritual type,political center type,military defensive type,traffic trade type.There are six types of characteristic industry type and farming tradition type.The fifth part,select 6 kinds of traditional villages with regional cultural representation,analyze the influence of urbanization on cultural landscape ecology of various traditional villages and the space deprivation path from the aspects of culture,economy,society and politics,mainly embodied in the game of modernity and locality,the game between market economy and natural economy,the game of legal society and etiquette society,and the change of power geometric structure.The sixth part,through the identification of different regional cultural and ecological landscape types of traditional village planning problems faced by the development of a new type of urbanization in the process of various traditional villages in the overall development of the path.By constructing the Genomic Atlas of the cultural heritage landscape of various traditional villages,this paper puts forward the integrateddevelopment path of rebuilding traditional village community industry,developing traditional village tourism community,and traditional village multi-rights main body,on the basis of reproducing traditional village cultural ecological landscape value.
