Research On The Influence Of Cultural Industry Agglomeration On Green Economy Efficiency

The most fundamental reason of the current global environmental issues is that the unjustified economic development model,however the research on green economy is an important route to transform the economic development mode.The core of green economy development focuses on improving the green economy efficiency,mean to transform the economic development mode to achieve high-quality economic development.To look for the Space to improve the green economy efficiency with the background of resources and environment restriction and to discuss the influence factors of the improvement of green economy efficiency deeply become the important subjects of research on the development of green economy.The research found that the influence factors of green economy efficiency covered all aspects such as politics,economy,society and culture,but after all,it depended on the transformation and upgrading of the industry.In recently years,China's industrial structure has been transformed from industry-led to secondary and tertiary industries.As the leader of the tertiary industry,cultural industry plays an important role in China's economic development,especially in the green economy.Whether its spatial aggregation can improve regional green economy efficiency not only has important theoretical meaning but also has important practical application value.This article chooses the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an example and brings cultural industry into the new evaluation system to empirically analyze the influence effect of cultural industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt of China on the regional green economy efficiency.At the same time to look for valid paths of cultural industry agglomeration to improve regional green economy efficiency and to promote the development of the two and get win-win can help us to understand the characteristics of green economy in different time and space regions in our country with important empirical meaning of scientific judgment of urban green development efficiency and its influence factors in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.At present,China's economy has transformed from developing at a high speed to developing with high-quality.It has important practical meaning for improving green economy efficiency and regional coordination and integration development to establish advantaged industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and promoting high-quality economic development.Based on the general theory of discussing cultural industry agglomeration and green economy efficiency,the article analyzes the influential mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration and green economy efficiency which measured the degree of cultural industry agglomeration and green economic efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt with location entropy,EG index and super-efficiency DEA model.It also empirically testes the non-linear effect and spatial spillover effect of cultural industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Zone respectively and proposes the paths and policy suggestions of cultural industry agglomeration to enhance the efficiency of regional green economy at last.There are seven chapters in this article;the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction.It expounds the relative research background and significance of cultural industry and green economic efficiency,and focuses on the qualitative and Research on cultural industry agglomeration,green economic efficiency and their correlation by scholars at home and abroad.Moreover,the introduction briefly summarized the research subjects,research ideas,research methods and main innovation points of the article.The second part is divided into theoretical basis and theoretical analysis,including the second and third chapters of this article.After summarized and induced the general theory of cultural industry agglomeration and green economy efficiency such as division and agglomeration,industrial organization,environmental public goods,externality and economic growth,it analyzes the formation process of cultural industry agglomeration and the measurement method of green economic efficiency based on the above theories.On this basis,it analyzes the influential mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency from the two aspects of non-linear effect and spatial effect and proposes the research hypothesis of the impact of cultural industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency based on the results.The third part is the empirical part which is also the focus of this article,including the fourth and fifth chapters of this article.Through building up trinity evaluation index system for cultural industry services and applying comprehensive index method,the fourth chapter analyzes current situation of cultural industry development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and measures the degree of cultural industry agglomeration and green economy efficiency of 108 cities above prefecture level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2016 further more.For further comparative analysis,this chapter classifies 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt according to the three regions of the east,central and western regions and the three scales of large,medium and small cities,and then conducts a comparative analysis of large categories.Firstly,to scale the concentration degree of cultural industries at the industrial and regional levels by two indicators of location entropy and EG index.And to illustrate and analyze the difference of agglomeration degree and efficiency among regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt through comparing the cultural industry agglomeration degree and green economic efficiency of cities of different regions and scales.Based on the empirical indicator measurement of chapter four and combined the theoretical analysis of the influential mechanism of the two mentioned before,the fifth chapter of this article empirically tests the research hypothesis in Chapter three from the two aspects of the non-linear effect of cultural industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency and spatial spillover effect in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.In order to verify the hypothesis more completely,this article will adopt abundant measurement means such as panel fixed effect,panel random effect,dynamic nonlinear panel,spatial lag model to do three-dimensional verification of each hypothesis and ensure the reliability of the research conclusions.The fourth part is path policy and conclusion including the sixth and seventh chapter of the article.Through the previous theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the sixth chapter proposes the paths and policy supporting of cultural industry agglomeration to enhance regional green economy efficiency.The last chapter is the research conclusion and expectation.The research results of the article include:(?)There is non-linear spillover effect of cultural industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency.In the process of cultural industry agglomeration,because of the existence of optimal factor input ratio,scale economy will produce inflection point at an appropriate stage.Before its coming,cultural industry agglomeration will enhance the green economy efficiency.After the infection point came out,cultural industry agglomeration will impede the green economy efficiency.Thus there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the degree of cultural industry agglomeration and green economy efficiency.(?)Cultural industry agglomeration has significant and varying degrees of spatial non-linear spillover effects on the improvement of green economy efficiency,and the specific effects are different due to regional heterogeneity.The spatial spillover effect of cultural industry agglomeration to improve the efficiency of green economy will decrease as the geographical distance increases.(?)In the empirical test of the influence of cultural industry agglomeration on the economic efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this article finds that the results are consistent with the above conclusions: at present the cultural industry agglomeration in most cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt still promotes the development of green economy efficiency,which means still to the left of the vertex in the inverted U-curve relationship,regional differences will become the most important factor to impact the effect of cultural industry agglomeration on the nonlinear effect of green economy efficiency.In terms of spatial spillover,there is also an inverted U-shaped relationship in the spatial model of the cultural industry cluster in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Because of the lag of the development stage of the western region,cultural industry cluster is always the strong driving force of green economy efficiency.In the eastern and central regions,cultural industry cluster has limited ability to improve green economy efficiency due to the higher development.Therefore the cultural industry cluster promotes first then inhibits.The innovations of the article are:(?)When discussing about green economics,this articles starts from industrial level,brings the typical representative cultural industry of green economy into the new evaluation system,builds up the internal mechanism of cultural industry agglomeration to enhance the green economy efficiency,looks for space for improve green economy efficiency with the background of resources and environment restriction,analyzes the influential factors of improving green economy efficiency deeply and widens the perspective of green economy research.(?)The research finds that cultural industry agglomeration has non-linear effect and spatial spillover effect on the promotion of green economy efficiency which presents as promoting first then inhibiting.The specific effects are different due to regional heterogeneity.At present the cultural industry agglomeration in most cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt still to the left of the vertex in the inverted U-curve relationship,which means cultural industry agglomeration still promotes the development of green economy efficiency.(?)In method,this article applies systematic generalized moment to test the dynamic effect of cultural industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency in dynamic panel model to overcome the shortcomings of static estimation before and builds up Durbin model of space panel to empirically test the relative importance of each effect and its spatial spillover effect.The classified empirical test of three major regions in east,west and central and large,medium and small cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt provides an empirical basis for accurately implementing policies on regional differences in cultural industry agglomeration to enhance green economic efficiency.
