participation of NGOs as a perspective of reality.As a result,the paper studies the status,difficulties and feasibility to resolve such issues about the Chinese political participation of NGOs,it is in order to explore Chinese national governance path choice of modernization construction.So,why the political participation of Chinese NGOs may be?In fact,with the adjustment of relation between nation and society in China,the development of China's social forces to get huge,political participation behavior of NGOs in the future is becoming the norm of political behavior.Thus,how to promote the political participation ability and regulate their political participation behavior also gradually become a hot academic research about NGOs.China's NGOs show their practical aspects such as political value function in governance society,promoting between the transformation of government management and the orderly political participation of citizens and society,but we find that the current political participation sticks NGOs by research.In order to improve the actual effect of political participation about NGOS,by promoting the orderly political participation of Chinese citizens and society path of development,and supporting the governance path of modernization construction in China,the paper firstly analysis the governance theory and its applicability on the basis of China,and we also think that the current degree of political participation of Chinese NGOs can be used as a review of China's national governance as a perspective of modernization.Secondly,the paper uses political participation as a case study of wenzhou chamber of commerce through category of political participation,way of political participation,and motivation of political participation interpreting the existing situation of Chinese NGOs,so political participation of NGOs is in a state of institutionalized and non-institutionalized intertwined.Although we point out the political participation of NGOs in the reality of China's democratic political status,they are the path of an orderly political participation of Chinese citizens and society,and they have a certain political value through a perspective of political participation and democracy.We look from political participation motivation of NGOs,so the political participation of the NGOs is facing the lacks of legitimacy,the political ecological environment,its own autonomy and microcosmic institutionalized participation way.The lacks of political participation in the political democracy weaken NGOs to the path of an orderly political participation of Chinese citizens and society.If we want to solve the plight of NGOs' political participation,we must solve economy with logic between government and NGOs.This economic fitting logic restricts the political participation level and at present leading power system design of government is the cause of economy with logic.The government strongly eroded the power of NGOs,and NGOs were forced to exchange for a little opportunity because of the government's economic political participation.If we now don't resolve the plight of NGOs' political participation,the political participation of NGOs will not become an orderly political participation of Chinese citizens and society for a new path,and the construction of modernization of Chinese national governance also does not provide a path forward.Again,the paper analysises the plight through the political participation of the NGOs at present,we think that about the political participation of NGOs.China's current national and social relations are the bottleneck of its political participation level factors.The bottleneck factors reflected not only in political participation of the NGOs,but also in the existing governance model.Authoritative cooperation governance mode is more suitable for China,but it is far from achieving the modernization of national governance standards,because it is not good goveraance.This authoritative governance pattern typically reflects China's current national and social relationship that these are strong and the weak social ties.So,we believe that for constructing modern governance mode,the Chinese government must be through the adjustment of China's national and social relations,promote theNGOs to coordinate the relationship between the two,and finally through the national and social interaction to realize the modernization of Chinese national governance.Finally,current national and social relationship in china is strong state and weak socity in their relationships,so we want to really push participation politics of NGOs out of the woods,and bring opportunities for the construction of modernization of Chinese national governance.China must change the power structure of dominant power in the state,because for adaptting existing national and social relations in China,we need constructing a limited government,cultivating the path of the constitutional government system and a social subjectivity,we form a dominated pattern by public power structure and distribution.The paper tries to find a resolve for disaloving political participation of NGOs by constructing participatory governance power structure mode,and also for choicing the Chinese national governance path of modernization construction to provide theoretical reference.
