On Public Crisis Governance Of The Global Risk Society

In the global risk society,environmental crisis,the food crisis,the energy crisis,economic crisis,political crises,regional conflicts and wars,terrorism,the proliferation of violent conflict,massacres,epidemics of disease,extreme poverty,famine,severe weather events,natural disasters,large-scale accidents and so forth,loitering risk in every corner of the globe and public crisis frequently made clear to the people of the fact that:We live in a dangerous era.In the global risk society,faced disaster with a variety of contingencies,the survival and development of mankind is faced with increasingly complex and serious threats and challenges.In this context,research on global risk society and its public crisis management becomes more urgent and important.This article,from this multiple perspective of culture,fully illustrates the status,causes,formation mechanism,the structure of governance of the global risk society and its public crisis,by multi-angle,interdisciplinary analysis approach.This study intertwined with historical illustrations and conceptual discussions,put the subjects and problems in analyzing long periods in the course of the formation of modern culture,from the macro and micro aspects,from the different dimensions of culture and perspective,tried to issue the "thick description".Therefore,this research focus includes:(1).It is the research and analysis of the global risk society and its public crisis.This part of the research is analyzing the state,development,connotation and characteristics of crisis,global risk society and its public crises.(2).It is the research and analysis of culture,primarily modern culture:trying to fully grasp the connotation and features of culture and modern culture,forming their own opinions and analytical framework,thus laying a foundation for the next phase of analysis and interpretation.(3).It is the research and analysis of the public crisis,global risk society,crises in the global risk under public.This section is the core of this article that contains the following three aspects:firstly,it is the causal logic association between the culture and the public crisis;Secondly,it is the causal links between modern culture and global risk society;thirdly,it is the causal association between the culture and the public crisis under the global risk society.Its core is to address this critical issue:How do global risk society and its public crisis to be consistent with the evolution of modern culture of the forces,that is,as a global risk society and its public root causes,how were the modernity risks manufactured systematically and a massive release in the cultural system.(4).It is the research and analysis of the governance.It seeks significant impact on the cultural development,so they are the important part of the humanity's cultural.(2).Global risk society and its public crisis is a product of rally evolution of the modernity risk,is a structural violence formed in the matrix of the system.(3).The matrix of the system forming a structural violence is modern culture.Global risk society and its public crisis is a product of modern cultural expansion.(4).Modern culture is a collection made up of social reality.Modern culture is essentially a large-scale social production made up knowledge of social production
