A Study On The Innovation Of China’s Public Crisis Management Mechanism In The View Of Risk Society

Whether in traditional or modern social norm risk society, the crisis we are allmoments infestation, for our survival and development has brought serious losses.Traditional normal society already has a set of crisis management mechanism, to someextent alleviate the disaster, but the country has entered a stage of modern risk society,some of the traditional norm of social crisis management mechanism has been unable tomeet the requirements of modern risk society, therefore, innovative public crisismanagement mechanism of the necessity and urgency. First, the innovation of the publicagainst the risk of crisis management mechanism is the need for a variety of risks insociety. Modern risk society by people of various risks increasingly difficult to detect andprevent, through public crisis management mechanism innovation to be able to provide amechanism to support risk aversion, which to some extent, reduce the number of potentialcrisis of the crisis in the corresponding control within the range.
