The Study On The Party Culture Of The Chinese Communist Party

The structure of this thesis begins with basic theory,distinguishing culture,political party culture and the culture of CPC in its entirety,then introduces the general theoretical prospective and analytic method of cultural research.Afterwards,it sums up the different features,content and cause of change in the culture of CPC at different times from historical process of its formation.Based on these,the thesis summarizes and analyzes the key factors to its formation,then generalizes its features and value orientation.Consequently,the thesis launches the analysis the content in the culture of CPC.Conclusively,the thesis offers some constructive countermeasures for the building path of culture of CPC based on the current situation for the development of the culture of CPC.The thesis is consisted of three sections:the introduction,the main body,and the conclusion.There are five chapters in the main body.The introduction section mainly explains the reason for choosing this topic,its significance,situation of the existed work for this topic in China and abroad,and the basic idea and logical structure of the thesis,besides its keynote,difficult point and innovative point.The first chapter mainly introduces what is culture,what is political party culture,and furthermore,culture of CPC.It comprehensively examines and interprets"culture" from multidiscipline and multidimensional view.It views culture as a comprehensive complicated integrated concept.From internal view,culture is a learned consensus significant symbolic system,while from external recognition,it can be classified from three aspects:symbolic representation,norm and sense of worth.The culture of CPC,from the external view,is the "identification",norm and sense of worth differentiated it from other political parties,while from the external point of view,it is the common view system that party members have agreed on.The definition and content of culture of CPC become more explicit through its distinction with the definition of party character,party conduct,and the spirit of CPC.The second chapter mainly inspects the historical process of the formation of culture of CPC,in addition to the key factors for the formation.From time dimension,it investigates the historical process of culture of CPC,summarizes it notable characteristics in different historical stages,generalizes various content in each stage,and analyzes the reason why culture in each stage became as it was.Furthermore,from a deeper dimension of historical level,it reviews several key factors to the formation of culture of CPC,consisted of the practice of Chinese revolution and construction,the influence of traditional Chinese culture,the guidance of Marxism,and the subjective contribution by political elites in CPC,along with critique and reference to foreign culture.The third chapter investigates the features and value orientation in the culture of CPC.The author summarizes its main characteristics from political,practical,ethnical,concerning for people,and revolutionary dimensions.The formation of sense of worth,which is the core of culture,needs shaping progress.CPC has its own value pursuit in the process of establishing and expanding its significant sense of work system.The author generalizes its content from fundamental,basic,overall,core and ultimate value orientation.The fourth chapter primarily summarizes the content of the culture of CPC from specific view.The concrete manifestation for the culture of CPC is both rich and colorful in content.The thesis illustrates and analyzes some examples from the three dimensions.It analyzes the linguistic features of CPC through concepts in its discourse,and explains the implicated rule and sense of work through the example of a building style.It not only enumerates inner-party norms initiated by CPC,but analyzes and generalizes inner-party informal norms as well.Besides particularizing core value system and core values initiated by CPC,it analyzes the undetectable yet significant "deep structure of culture".The fifth chapter focuses on the main dilemmas that the culture of CPC facing under new situations,providing some constructive ideas according to current situation.The author discusses the problem from 3 dimensions.Inheriting and developing outstanding traditional Chinese culture and gaining wisdom wherefrom,building sense of work based on reality in China,and more importantly,inspiring people's consciousness according to current situation in China.The author also elaborates three key points in the construction of political party culture:education of ideal and belief,enhancing system construction and carrying out the mass line.The conclusion,from the point of view of enhancing political party culture construction and building good political ecology,looks into the future tendency for the development of the culture of CPC,considers some key political and reality problem in the construction of the culture of CPC deeper.
