theoretical and practical proposition involves the relevant knowledge of political science,party history,and sociology.Under the guidance of the general method of Marxist historical materialism,the the research status and further elaborates the research ideas,research methods,innovations,difficulties and deficiencies,trying to grasp the relevant research foundation and grasp the research frontier.The first chapter mainly analyzes and interprets the basic theories of political culture in the Communist Party of China.To study the inner political culture of the Communist Party of China,one of a Marxist political party,we must uphold the Marxist views,positions,and methods.Therefore,in defining the conceptual connotation of political culture within the party,this article culture within the party should adapt to the requirements of the new era.The fifth chapter mainly studies the countermeasures for the construction of political culture within the Communist Party of China in the new era.Explore and seek to achieve the goal of building political culture within the party by optimizing the environment,strengthening the main body,enriching the carrier channels,and
