Research On Political Culture Construction In The Party

The construction about political culture in the Communist Party of China(CPC)is an important component of the party's political constru-ction,and it is the most basic,most lasting and the most deep position in the strategy of managing the party in an all-round way.In the sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party first put forward the proposition that the political culture construction of the party should be strengthened.The 19 th National Congress of CPC was to put political construction in the position of the commander in chief and further the strategy and significance of the political culture construc-tion of the party.The political culture within the party is not only the innovation of the party's construction theory,but also the further development of the political culture theory.Party building and political culture are mature theories of political science research,starting from the concept of pol-itical culture,by deconstructing and analyzing the factors influencing the formation process of its subject and object and its existing state,and then determine the rational connotation of political culture within the party,that is,the political culture within the party is under the leadership of the party organizations at all levels,party members are in the process of political life,study and work in the party to the purpose,mission,task,system,history and goal of the party,through accurate cognition,it is formed in the inner world,stable political feeling of high trust and loyalty to the party.The "ought to be" state of inner party political culture of CPC is a positive,healthy and pure political culture.However,there are hete-rogeneous phenomena in the "real" state,such as sectarianism,circle culture and wharf culture.It is manifested as "some party members and cadres,including senior cadres,no believe in ideals and beliefs and are not loyal to the party,individualism,decentralism,liberalism,good man doctrine,sectarianism,hilltop doctrine and money worship exist in vary-ing degrees.The inner-party political life and the political and ecolo-gical environment in the inharmonious party are all in the final analysis of the political and cultural problems in the party,the influence of the traditional feudal decadent political culture,the infiltration of the western capitalist political culture,the interference of the extreme religious and political culture and the embedding of the cyber political culture,and so on,miscellaneous political,cultural and ecological environment;Theinfirmness of the party members' own party position,the wavering of the ideal and the belief and the weakening of the political consciousness are the fundamental reasons for the inharmonious political ecology in the party;and the problems of the weakness,weakening and marginalization of the minority party organizations are the key factors that cause the inner-party political atmosphere to be impartial.Hence,the political construction of party organizations at all levels should be strengthened,leading role in political leadership,ideological guidance,system formulation and work style supervision to ensure the political direction of political culture construction in the party.By absorbing the positive factors in the excellent traditional culture,the revolutionary culture and the advanced socialist culture,taking root in the great political practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and create a positive and healthy political and cultural environment.To improve the political comprehensive quality of the party members,through the role of political education,political supervision and leading cadres,we will constantly improve the political station of the party members and build a positive,healthy,pure and advanced party political culture.
