and rural communities in China.It is intended to consider the performance of community consultation in theory and practice from the perspective of the overall situation,and to seek the normative unity of community practice.This paper aims to explore the background and mechanism of community consultation and development,examine the reality and development situation of community consultation in China,and seek the legal construction of future community consultation.This will not only have a positive impact on the current in-depth community consultation,but also provide theoretical support for
