The Research On Contemporary Chinese Consultative Democracy Regime

As an important part of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, the18th CCP National Congress clearly put forward that the improvement of consultative democracy, the promotion of political consultation, the democratic supervision and the participation in the system construction is very important to the reformation of the contemporary Chinese political system.This paper mainly discusses such problems as the basic theory of the consultative democracy, the consultative democracy form, the problems in the development of consultative democracy and so on.It’s a preliminary study about the construction of the consultative democracy in contemporary China.This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is about the basic theory of the consultative democracy in contemporary China and the value of consultative democracy in contemporary China.This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with the political consultation and the consultative democracy system construction which the CCP leaders discussed. And it also includes the western consultative democracy theory to the contemporary value and enlightenment of Chinese consultative democracy development. The second part mainly discusses the value of consultative democracy in contemporary China.The second chapter is mainly about the institutionalized form of the consultative democracy regime in China. The multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CCP is the main form of contemporary China consultative democracy. In addition, with the development of democratic politics, the democratic discussions, the democratic hearing and the new democratic form of government BBS are increasingly become the important embodiment of the systematization of consultative democracy.The third chapter mainly discusses the main problems in the development of the consultative democracy in contemporary China system. From the view of the system, system of social environment, the running mechanism. And it also carries on the preliminary analysis to the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter puts forward some thinking to perfect the system of deliberative democracy in view of the current development of Chinese consultative democracy. The improvement of people’s political consultative conference, the cultivation of social organization, the development of citizen culture, the standard system of technology and the institutional innovation are the main countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the deliberative democracy in contemporary China.
