The Study On The Coordination Of Regional Cooperation And Geo-security

Promoting regional cooperation while safeguarding geo-security is a common goal need to be synchronized to achieve for each country.Researching on the coordination of regional cooperation and geo-security is the requirement of the theoretical development of the interdisciplinary of Economic Geography and Political Geography,also is a key technical problem needed to solve urgently for China.This research intends to build a theory research system about the coordination of regional cooperation and geo-security,explore the regional cooperation and geo-security relationship formation and evolution mechanism,put forward the coordination path of regional cooperation and geo-security.Taking China to Southeast Asia as an example,carry out empirical study of the coordination of regional cooperation and geo-security.They are the main purposes and direction of this dissertation.The core content of this dissertation mainly includes four aspects: the interaction between regional cooperation and geo-security;the relationship between regional cooperation and geo-security and the evaluation of the relationship;the regional cooperation and geo-security relationship formation and evolution mechanism;the regional cooperation and geo-security collaborative evolution path.The dissertation discusses the interaction between regional cooperation and geo-security.Through the deconstruction of the regional cooperation and geo-security composite system,clarify the internal structure of the regional cooperation subsystem and the internal structure of the geo-security subsystem.Then research on the interaction between two subsystems from the following four aspects: the generality of regional cooperation and geo-security,the contradiction of regional cooperation and geo-security,the influence of regional cooperation on geo-security,the influence of geo-security on regional cooperation.The dissertation builds evaluation index system and evaluation model about the relationship between the regional cooperation and geo-security.Then quantitative evaluation on the relationship between the regional cooperation and geo-security of China facing to Southeast Asia,and analyze the time evolution and space distribution pattern of the relationship.The third aspect of this dissertation is about the regional cooperation and geo-security relationship formation and evolution mechanism.This chapter builds the comprehensive mechanism from the following three aspects: the country's strategic decision,the internal relations of the compound system of regional cooperation and geo-security,the external environment system.Finally,it put forward the comprehensive evolution path of regional cooperation and geo-security from the following three aspects: the coordination of the country's strategic decision,the coordination of the internal relations of the compound system of regional cooperation and geo-security,optimize the external environment system.Through the research,the dissertation realizes the purposes: build a theory research system about the coordination of regional cooperation and geo-security,explore the regional cooperation and geo-security relationship formation and evolution mechanism,put forward the coordination path of regional cooperation and geo-security.
