Why are the new generation migrant workers frequently changing jobs? This is the core issueto be discussed in this study. The scale of the new generation migrant workers has become increasingly large, and their living and working conditions have been getting increasing attention.New generation migrant workers at different levels show different characteristics from those of their fathers. This study focuses on the frequent job change of the new generation migrant workers and the resulting"short-work" situation.Studies have proven this trend, and this article attempts to find an explanation in the field. This article takes the new generation migrant workers in an industrial park in LC City as the research object.Based on the theoretical perspective of individualization and labor process theory, this paper uses the extended case method and the qualitative research methods of in-depth interviews to investigate and analyze the frequent replacement of new generation migrant workers, which has led them into "short-work" conditions. The study is mainly based on the individual motivation-the labor process-the idea of the labor system. Therefore, the research in this paper is also mainly discussed in three aspects:First, the individual motivations of the new generation migrant workers in the background of individual age are frequent commuting actions. In the understanding of the meaning of labor and the purpose of working, the new generation migrant workers pay more attention to enjoyment than labor, and they are also working on the purpose of leisure, experience, excitement, and meaning. They also have difficulties in understanding individual identity.Trying to get rid of local identity through consumption and reconstructing his identity.Secondly, the relationship between the factors of production system within the factory and the behavior of migrant workers in the new generation migrant workers. The new generationf migrant workers are dissatisfied with the majority of jobs they have experienced, and they choose to change jobs;they use passive resistance to the control of capital in the labor process;they resort to jokingly dispelling capital ideological production;and capitals use the "elimination" method to solve control problems. In the above circumstances,labor-capital forms a "de-embedded"employment relationship.Third, factors affecting the behaviors of new generation migrant workers who frequently change jobs outside the workshop. The new generation migrant workers is at the bottom of the labor market under the dualistic structure. It mainly enters the informal employment sector, and the number of new generation migrant workers who are employed under the short-term employment pattern and flexible employment system is gradually increasing. In addition, the new generation migrant workers often begins their au pair actions with their "urban imagination" and social network. Finally, the "short-term work" situation caused by the frequent replacement of new generation migrant workers, and their personal safety is facing negative consequences. In this situation, the individualized labor career of the new generation migrant workers is also facing difficulties and risks.Through former research and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions:First, the new generation migrant workers in the process of individualization have different understandings of labor significance and working practices from their fathers. They dislike the "evil" of labor and pay attention to the enjoyment of working life.Trying to find stimuli and meaning; The dilemma of identity cognition leads to the imbalance of values. The new generation migrant workers try and resist the "local" culture through consumer behavior and reconstruct their self-identity.Under the limitation of objective conditions, these cognitions lead them to pass frequently. To change jobs to escape reality, this logic of action constitutes the "subjectivity" they have become in the labor process.Second, the new generation peasant workers showed negative resistance to the control of capital, and they eliminated the purpose of capital ideology indoctrination in a way of "playfulness".At the same time, they lacked labor contract guarantees and support from social networks outside work, and the new generation migrant workers. As an "outsider" in the workshop,an "unlinked" employment relationship was formed between labor and capital, which increased the willingness to resign and the frequency of replacement.Third, the new generation migrant workers is under the exclusion of a dualistic social structure, lacking the protection of institutional status and social security;major secondary labor markets and informal employment departments have led to a reduction in the stability of their jobs;short-term employment patterns and flexibility The rise of the employment system further exacerbated the short-work status of the new generation migrant workers;in addition, the study found that the urban imagination and social network of the new generation migrant workers also had an impact on their frequent au pairing behavior. The dissertation takes the individualized labor status of the new generation peasant workers as the foothold, and believes that the labor patterns of the new generation peasant workers who frequently change jobs and work in a short period of time have shaped their survival mode relying mainly on their individual struggles.
