years" and win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era,we must implement adjustments in the industrial structure and employment structure,optimize the development pattern of the primary industry,and vigorously promote the second And tertiary industry development.With the implementation of the "urbanization" strategy of the country,the rural population has gradually gathered in cities and towns,and farmers have gradually integrated into towns through the three stages of "migrant workers","urban migrant workers" and "urban citizens”.In the process of urbanization,migrant workers have changed their values due to changes in occupational characteristics,living environment,and the times and circumstances.Their values include not only the unique local feelings of farmers,but also the urban residents’ spiritual culture.Traits.The education and guidance of the values of migrant workers in the process of urbanization not only relates to the ability of migrant workers to integrate smoothly into cities,but also the conditions for the development of individuals and families.It also influences the cultivation and promotion of mainstream social values,and affects the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Affecting the progress and level of China’s modernization construction,the education and guidance of the migrant workers’ values in the process of urbanization cannot be ignored and is imminent.In this paper,the research on the migrant workers’ value education guided by the urbanization process is based on the urbanization construction,the analysis of the status quo of the migrant workers’ values,and the "problem orientation-history exploration-analysis of the status quo-proposition of countermeasures" as the context.Through investigation and research,on the basis of exploring the formation,status,characteristics,and causes of the migrant workers’ values,an effective policy to guide the migrant workers’ values in the new era is proposed.Specifically,it focuses on issues such as the formation and development of migrant workers in the process of urbanization,the status quo of migrant workers’ values,the influencing factors of the formation of migrant workers’ values in the process of urbanization,and the education and guidance of migrant workers in the process of urbanization.Research and analysis,this article is mainly divided into the following six aspects:The introduction mainly gives an overview of the topic selection background,theoretical significance,practical significance and research status at home and abroad.It also defines the research ideas,difficulties,innovations and related concepts of the article,and lays the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study of the article.The first chapter takes the national urbanization construction as the background,discusses the formation and development of migrant workers in the process of urbanization,and further analyzes the status and role of migrant workers in the process of social development.The migrant workers’groups began to emerge and gradually grow under the influence of factors such as the development of the socialist market economy,the adjustment of national policies and systems,the acceleration of urbanization,and the acceleration of the“three rural issues" problem.Specifically,in the process of urbanization in China,four generations of migrant workers have emerged.In the initial stage of urbanization,the migrant workers group began to emerge,relying on the development of township enterprises to achieve the goal of " disassociating from the countryside and entering the factory without entering the city";the urbanization stage is gradually advancing:the first generation of migrant workers stage of development.With social and economic development,migrant workers have gradually become the main force for urbanization,the backbone of building a well-to-do society,and an important contributor to national modernization.The second chapter researches the status quo of migrant workers’ values comprehensively and systematically through investigation and research,individual interviews,data analysis and other methods,and emphatically analyzes the characteristics of migrant workers’ values.According to the survey data,the multidimensional analysis sums up the status quo of the peasant workers’ political,economic,moral,cultural,professional,and life values.At the same time,according to the survey data,the characteristics of the migrant workers’ values are summarized,that is,the consciousness of the value subject and the value target.The diversity of detachment,value orientation,the plasticity of value identification and the contradiction of value content.The third chapter analyzes the factors that influence the value of migrant workers in the process of urbanization from the dimensions of politics,economy,culture,society,and individuals,and lays the foundation for the next chapter to explore the guidance of migrant workers in the process of urbanization.Specifically,the change in national policy is a key factor in the formation and development of migrant workers’ values in the process of urbanization;the development of the socialist market economy has played a decisive role in the formation and development of migrant workers’ values in the process of urbanization;Diverse social cultures have enriched the cultural life of migrant workers.Traditional culture,popular culture,and mainstream culture have brought certain influences on the values of urbanization.Chapter IV is guided by Marxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thinking of the "Three Represents",the scientific concept of development,and socialist ideas with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,and explores the main strategies for guiding the values of migrant workers.First,it comprehensively combed the Marxist theory of the people’s history,life values,humanistic thinking,and people’s all-round development,combed Comrades Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,and Hu Jintao on migrant workers and young people,summing up Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.The Party Central Committee has made new plans for the development of urbanization and migrant workers,clarified the guiding ideology of guiding and educating migrant workers in the new era,and provided theoretical and practical evidence for the education and guidance of migrant workers.Secondly,combining the requirements of the development of urbanization and the status quo of migrant workers’ values,the objectives of the migrant workers’ values education and guidance in the new era are proposed from the three levels of individual,group and society.Finally,the principle of migrant workers’ values education guidance is proposed as a whole,which is to adhere to the principles of leading socialist core values,directionality and science,and the traditional and modern nature.Chapter V focuses on the implementation of the migrant workers’ values education and guidance in the process of urbanization.Specifically,first,we must improve the guiding content of migrant workers’ values in economics,politics,culture,occupation,ethics,and life,led by socialist core values.Second,we must rely on the government,the CCP,the community,or Units,families,and mass organizations for villages and towns are the main bodies of education and guidance;Third,innovative ways to guide the values of migrant workers:flexible and diverse theoretical education methods,practical exercises based on local conditions,multiple environmental practices,and integration into life The fourth "Self-incentive" incentive law;Fourth,from the strategic role of national poverty reduction and rural rejuvenation,improve the social security of migrant workers,build a vocational training and life-long education system for migrant workers,improve the social identity of migrant workers,and strengthen farmers.The construction of the financial media guided by the work value education will systematically establish a guarantee system for migrant workers’values education guidance and improve the effectiveness of migrant worker education in the process of urbanization.This is the foothold and destination of this study.
