The Current Situation In Social Transition Period Of New Generation Migrant Workers’ Value Developing And The Study Of Educational Guidance

Migrant workers are comprehensive products of many factors such as politics,economy and social system. Under the structure of urbanization and industrializationof urban and rural dual society, issues of migrant workers are becoming more and moreobviously in our country. The new-generation migrant workers are growing under thepolicy of reform and opening-up. The problems of new-generation migrant workers arethe continuation and development of traditional issues of migrant workers. Theemployment and living condition of new-generation migrant workers has improved alot compare to the first-generation migrant workers. However, in the background ofdual structure in urban and rural system, the new-generation migrant workers are notonly facing the same obstacles and difficulties as the first-generation migrant workers,but also they are in the transformation period of identity and self-positioning. As theirgrowing background and life experience are different a lot from the first-generationmigrant workers, their ideology and values are changing a lot. As the target key ofurbanization, new-generation migrant workers’ values are related to their developmentand the process of urbanization of our country. Therefore, we should hold theircommunity characteristic and values. On the basic of scientific positioning for them,we can use the method of political and ideological education to help them establishcorrect values, conform their thought and behavior, help them assert their rights andrealize their dreams. Besides, it has great significance for urbanization constructionand the construction of a harmonious society.This paper uses the basic principle of the Marx doctrine as a guide, throughresearch and investigation, as well as material, studying the values of new-generationmigrant workers. The first part introduces the research background and the currentsituation of foreign studies. The second part expounds the basic theory and changingbackground of new-generation migrant workers’ value. The third part talks about thecurrent situation of new-generation migrant workers’ value from five aspects: thevalues of politics, the values of morality, the values of love and marriage, the values ofconsumption, and the values of occupation. The fourth part analyzes the feature oftheir values and the reasons of development. The last part points out the one-sidednessof the values of new-generation migrant workers firstly, then gives some advice fromaspects of educational environment, main body, method, in order to help them establishcorrect values.
