A Study On Main Problems And Its Measures About Migrant Workers Of China In The Process Of Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up, China's rural surplus labor force transfers gradually to non-agricultural industries and town, and subsequently migrant workers also begin to urbanization, which greatly promoted China's economic and social development, reform and opening and modernization construction. However, restricted factors of migrant workers citizenization course still exist, which has caused high attention from all quarters of society. Therefore, strengthening the study of the main problems and countermeasures of the Chinese migrant workers citizenization course will have important theoretical significance and practical significance to maintain the harmony and stability of Chinese society and promote the healthy development of socialist modernization.This paper includes four parts, first discusses the concept of the migrant workers and the migrant workers citizenization; then expounds the development course and meaning of Chinese migrant workers citizenization; and analyses the main problems in the course of Chinese migrant workers citizenization, and deeply analyses the reasons; puts forward some countermeasures of main problems in the course of Chinese migrant workers citizenization.
