Research On The Theory And Practice Of The Construction Of Talents In The Chinese Communist Party's Army

The most important thing for an army is to get talents.The construction of military talents is an eternal subject of universal concern to the countries,parties and armies in the world.The CCP has always attached great importance to the construction of military talents.In the preparation of military struggle for the modernization war,the military talents are the first strategic resources.This fact has been highlighted.The construction of military talents has become an important strategy for advancing the CCP's leadership and the PLA's construction.Currently,study the theory and practice of the construction of the talent problem,is not only to advance adjustment of the army structure,but also benefit to the reform practice.Meanwhile,it is the theoretical supplement for us to adhere to the road of the army with Chinese characteristics,the strategy of strengthening the army,and promoting defense and military modernization This article begin on the basic category and concept of theory and practice research,by looking back to more than ninety years,the CCP leads the construction of military talents in the new-democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,reform and opening up and in the new period of socialist modernization construction.The author tries to research evolution of the theory and practice.On this basis,the author formulates,analyses,summarizes the basic experience and enlightenment of the CCP's talents construction in PLA.The paper mainly explains from seven aspects:The first chapter is introduction.In this chapter introduces the origin,research status and achievements,research significance and value of the research topic,briefly describes the research ideas,the research methods proposed in this paper,difficulties in the studies,and theoretical innovation points in the author's expect.The second chapter is the basic categories and concepts of the construction of military talents.On the basis of introduced the construction of military talents,conceptual problems such as the subject,object,define the basic category of the construction of the military talents problem,clarify the problem of theory and practice of the military talents construction related factors.Moreover,in this chapter,the connotation and content of the construction of the military talents are put forward.The author expounds the value of the construction of military talents is analyzed from different functions.Emphatically from the level of productivity,science and technology development,the military theory,the military technology and weapon equipment progress,national political system and the army,the theory-guidance,planning and decisions for the construction of military talents,the environment of the international and
