In the 21th century, the army is coming into the knowledge military age. Communicational, networked and scientific and technological trend has changed the army environment at all. The army talents construction is facing many difficulties and challenges, but many advantageous situations opportunities also occur. Based on studying the new characteristic of knowledge management, the paper analyzes the requirement of talents construction to the knowledge management, and pointing out the status quo our army talents construction can not meet the requirement of talents construction.
