Research On The Social Assistance In China Since The Reform And Opening Up

The problem of poverty is a worldwide subject,and the anti-poverty problem has always been one of the major subjects facing by the world.Since reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China and the People's Government have always attached great importance to anti-poverty work,under the guidance of Marxist scientific theory,combined with the actual situation of poverty in China,have gradually established China's new type of social assistance system matched with the socialist marketing economy,effectively guaranteeing the basic rights and interests of the people especially the disadvantaged groups.Meanwhile,there are still many imperfections in the system and mechanism of social assistance,which need to be solved and improved.This paper studies the background,guiding ideology,main contents,achievements,existing problems and countermeasures of the establishment of China's new social assistance system since reform and opening up by means of literature research,historical analysis,systematic analysis and other scientific research methods.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter,the introduction,expounds the top selection basis,research significance,research status,research ideas,research methods,innovation and shortage of this paper,providing a basic logical starting point for the research of this paper.The second chapter,the relevant concept of social assistance,it mainly discusses the basic concept,main contents,basic features and functions of social assistance.The third chapter,the background and theoretical basis of the establishment of China's new social assistance system since the reform and opening up,this paper expounds the background and guiding ideology of the establishment of China's new social assistance system by means of summarizing practice and theory induction.The fourth chapter,the establishment of a new life and medical social assistance system in China since the reform and opening up,this paper mainly combs and discusses the establishment,development,main contents and implementation of the new living social assistance system and the new medical social assistance system.The fifth chapter,the establishment of social assistance system of new education and housing since the reform and opening up,this paper mainly combs and discusses the establishment,development,main contents and implementation of the new educational social assistance system and the new housing social assistance system.The sixth chapter,the establishment of a new type of social assistance system for production and disaster in China since the reform and opening up,this paper mainly combs and discusses the establishment,development,main contents,implementation and effects of the new production social assistance system and the new disaster social assistance system.The seventh chapter,achievements,problems and countermeasures of China's new social assistance system since the reform and opening up,it mainly summarizes the achievements of the establishment of the new social assistance system,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the main problems of the new social assistance system as a whole.
