A Study Of Khrushchev's Political Thought

Marxism is produced on the basis of criticizing and inheriting all positive and beneficial achievements in human history.The development of Marxist theory cannot leave the development of human civilization and stand still.As Lenin said: "The revolutionary proletarian ideology of Marxism is of historic significance to the world,because it has not abandoned the most precious achievements of the bourgeois era,but has absorbed and reformed all valuable things in the development of human thought and culture for more than two thousand years".Khrushchev is a controversial leader of the Soviet Party and state.In the history of the development of Marxism,he is a very special and different character.After Stalin's death,Khrushchev was in power for 11 years in the Soviet Union.In order to consolidate his ruling status,Khrushchev carried out a series of reforms in politics,economy and diplomacy and put forward a series of governancetheories and propositions,which have been analyzed andstudiedby domestic and foreign scholars from different aspects and given mixed comments.However,there are few studies on his political thought.Therefore,from the perspective of thehistory of the development of Marxism,a thorough analysis and study of Khrushchev's political thought and a rational analysis and value judgment of Khrushchev's political thought will help to study the development of Marxism in the Soviet Union.This paper tries to dig into and sort out Khrushchev's political thoughtfrom the perspective of thehistory of the development of Marxism,so as to uncover the true ideological face of Khrushchev as a special and different character in the history ofthe development of Marxism,with a view to more firm and lasting adherence to Marxist ideals and beliefs in the great practice of building socialism with contemporary Chinese characteristics.In the process of writing,this paper adheres to Marxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism,takes Marxism-Leninism as the guide,adopts literature analysis method,comparative research method,as well as logical and historical unification method to carry out research.This paper is divided into six chapters.It elaborates the formation,main content and practical exploration of Khrushchev's political thought.On this basis,it evaluates and analyzes Khrushchev's political thought and its influence on later generations.The first chapter combs and analyzes the formation of Khrushchev's political thought.The social situation in Russia,especially the complicated social situation and the severe reality test faced by the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik),are the realistic soil for the emergence and development of Khrushchev's political thought;the Soviet socialist countries are the political ideals of Marx and Engels in eastern society.On this basis,Lenin's political thought of governing the country and Stalin's political thought are formed.Therefore,Marx and Engels' political thought,Lenin's political thought and Stalin's political thought have played a direct guiding role in the formation of Khrushchev's political thought,and are also the most important theoretical basis for the formation of Khrushchev's political thought.The social environment and life experience of Khrushchev's growth are also important conditions for the formation of Khrushchev's political thought.The second chapter and the third chapter explain the main content of Khrushchev's political thought.After taking over the political power,Khrushchev made a large number of speeches on domestic economic,political,and cultural issues and put forward a series of political thought and propositions.This chapter expounds the content of Khrushchev's political thought from domestic and international aspects.The domestic political thought mainly involves criticizing personal worship,strengthening collective leadership,restoring and improving the legal system,developing socialist democracy and restructuring the Party's organizational structure etc.The international political thought mainly involves Khrushchev's thought about the times,the war and peace,and the concept of "peaceful coexistence,peaceful competition,peaceful transition" etc.The fourth chapter discusses the practical exploration of Khrushchev's political thought.This chapter reviews the practical exploration of Khrushchev's political thought,and analyzes how Khrushchev,in the process of leading the Soviet Union to build socialism under the special international and domestic background,designed the system and operated the system to complete the exploration and practice of the socialist construction road,and carried on the reform practice to the political system,economic system,education system,military system and diplomatic system etc.The author summarizes the achievements and errors in order to summarize in theory and alert in practice.The fifth chapter analyzes Khrushchev's political thought.On the basis of stating Khrushchev's political thought and practice,this chapter analyzes the characteristics of Khrushchev's political thought and its realistic significance and historical limitations.Khrushchev's paradoxical character is the clearest image he left to the Soviet union and the world,which also influenced his political thought with positive and negative characteristics.This chapter makes a detailed analysis of Khrushchev's evaluation of Stalin,the issues of "the nation for all","the party for all",peaceful coexistence,peaceful competition and peaceful transition.It also points out the significance and function of Khrushchev's political thought and practice and the historical limitations from the positive and negative aspects.The historical dialectical analysis of Khrushchev's political thought is conducive to the rational analysis and solution of the problem,so as to give an objective evaluation of Khrushchev's political thought.The as a dialectical analysis of his political thought,the following conclusions and enlightenment are drawn: we should take history as a mirror and carefully study the experience and lessons of socialist construction in the world,especially the painful experience of the collapse of the Soviet Union in the process of advancing socialism with Chinese characteristics,continuing to deepen reform and opening wider to the outside world.we should always adhere to the dominant position of Marxism in China's ideology,unswervingly implement the Sinicized Marxism--Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,earnestly sum up and absorb the experience and lessons of the former Soviet Union in socialist construction,strengthen the ideals and beliefs of Marxism,unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and always use the latest theoretical achievements of Sinicized Marxism to guide China's socialist construction,so as to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
