Study On The Cultivation Of College Students' Rule Awareness Under The We-Media Environment

China is undergoing an important period of the construction of a socialist harmonious society and socialist country under the rule of law.Harmony and the rule of law must be guaranteed under order of which rules are the prerequisite,and the implementation of rules calls for the active participation and maintenance of the people.With the rapid development of the national economy and the constant enhancement in our comprehensive national strength,rules play a more and more significant role in society.The emergence of rules is the result of social progress and the manifestation of civilization.The consciousness of rule comes fundamentally from the demand of the development of human beings themselves.Citizens must volunteer to transform the exterior compulsory rules to interior self-conscious observance and stick to the improvement of their self-awareness of rule.All citizens will strictly observe social rules,shoulder social responsibilities only when they set up the awareness of rule and finally lead to the formation of a harmonious and positive society.With the explosive development of the Internet and the popularization of PCs and mobile communication devices,Chinese society has enter the We-media era with WeChat,Weibo,and QQ as the representatives.As a new communicative medium,We-media brings about new ways to understand the world and new domains for university students.However,everything is two-sided.As We-media is offering convenience to the learning and life of students,it is also bring all kinds of new temptations,risks,and challenges.As the most direct and broad user base of We-media and at the same time the new generation to build a harmonious society and a nation under the rule of law,whether the university students behave according to norms,rules,laws and social morality or whether they are civilized netizens under the context of We-media catch much attention;We-media is the extension of the real society,the behaviors in both contexts have common characteristics,and the behaviors in the virtual context can also shape or even change the behaviors in daily life.As a result,the education of awareness of rule for university students under the context of We-media not only affects their growth in the virtual context,but also determines whether they can fulfill the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of ideological and political education,the education of the awareness of rule for university students under the We-media context is of great significance.However,almost all the present ideological and political educational studies focus on the awareness of rule in reality,and few of them solely focus on building awareness of rule in the We-media environment.On one hand,the focus of the establishment of the rule awareness of college students in the We-media environment can facilitate the development of relevant theories,optimize the studies on ideological and political education,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education;on the other hand,it can also help college students to standardize their behaviors,establish correct values and shape sound personalities.This paper mainly discusses and studies the education of rule awareness among college students in the We-media environment.Firstly,the paper defines the relevant concepts of the study through analysis and induction.Secondly,this paper introduces practical surveys by researching the status quo of the behaviors in We-media of the students in six universities in Wuhan,and analyzes and concludes the two aspects of impacts on rule awareness education from the current We-media: On the one hand,it brings about opportunity,mainly because the education platform is expanded,the efficiency of education is promoted,the sense of belonging of college students is enhanced,and the resources of education are diversified;on the other hand,it also leads to challenges to the education work.The We-media environment weakens the authority of the educators,blurs the values of college students,complicate the educational environment,and hinders the implementation of educational measures.Meanwhile,the author also analyzes the causes of the challenges,mainly from the perspective of the three main bodies of college students,universities,and national laws and regulations.Finally,the paper discusses the ways of the education of rule awareness for college students,based the above studies,from the perspective of ideological and political education.The first is to observe the basic principles of education;the second is to improve the self-discipline of college students in the We-media environment;the third is to optimize the operation and management systems of We-media in universities;the fourth is to improve the national laws,regulations and regulation mechanisms.We should comprehensively reinforce our education in rule awareness in the media environment for college students under the principles of principles as guidance,individuals as aim,the improvement of We-media environment in universities as basis,national laws,regulations,and supervision as guarantee.
