Sino-US Relations From The Perspective Of Win-win Doctrine

China-U.S.relations are one of the most complex and important bilateral relations in the world.This complexity and importance of China-US relations has brought unlimited imagination and research space to the development trend of China-US relations.This study combines the realistic development process of China-US relations over the past 70 years or so.This paper focuses on the relationship between China and U.S.from the perspective of co-profitability,analyzes the concept,connotation,value and characteristics of win-win doctrine,discusses the historical and practical origin of co-win doctrine,and summarizes the research on the influence of win-win doctrine and the significance of the world.Then there are measures and possible paths for China to promote the construction of win-win doctrine.In the theory analysis,this paper is based on the relationship between the five theories of structural realism,liberal institutionalism,identity cognitive theory,power transfer theory and balance theory,and concludes that the absolute law of the development of the state and the rent-seeking of the power in international cooperation.It is not only the logical starting point of promoting the win-win,but also the main obstacle to the realization of win-win.The Chinese ancient win-win thought is mainly embodied in the unity of the "love,harmony,sharing",and since founding of the new China,China has always been the win-winning advocate of bilateral and multilateral relations,the leader and the leader of the world,and the world peace development and progress Prosperity makes an important contribution.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,China-US relations have roughly undergone five stages of development: from 1949 to 1971,from 1972 to 1978,from 1979 to 1988,and from 1989 to 2016.From 2017 to the current rival period.From the historical experience,the relations between China and the United States clearly show the historical conclusion of "fighting hurts both" and " harmony benefits both".Today's world is a globalized,integrated,diversified world,but also a comprehensive national strength,science and technology for the king,the bigcompetition complex world.Counter-globalization,terrorism,climate change and artificial intelligence,the four major global governance challenges,are important opportunities for China and the United States to strengthen and improve bilateral relations.However,for the purpose of safeguarding global hegemony,the United States is unable to avoid trying to contain the rise of China's "national power" and "national momentum".From time to time,the United States has imposed various restrictions on China on such issues as trade,Taiwan,the South China Sea,human rights,exchange rate,intellectual property rights,and so on.At the same time,China and the United States,as distinct ideologies,It is impossible for representative powers to give up their ideological positions,which inevitably leads to confrontation and affects diplomatic relations and other fields between the two countries.Historically,it is very difficult for the future development of China-US relations to form an enemy relationship between all-round confrontation and conflict,but it is possible to form one of the relations among adversaries,parallel relations,partnerships,and friends.U.S.President Donald Trump came to power,defining China-US relations as adversaries.However,China-US relations have not lost control.They still show that there is cooperation in competition,there is competition in cooperation,and cooperation is greater than competition.Because the cost of confrontation and conflict between the two countries is too high and the two countries are faced with common global challenges at the same time,the win-win relationship based on the value principle of co-win doctrine should become a common relationship between the two countries in the future.The value system and common cultural belief form an unbreakable community of development,a community of interests and a community of responsibilities that benefit both sides.In the analysis and prediction of China-U.S.relations,it is the "Thucydides trap" that cannot be bypassed.This is a common situation in international relations since ancient Greece.China and the United States and the rest of the world are concerned about whether China and the United States will circumvent this ancient trap,as China are increasingly close to the United States and have a tendency to surpass the United States.Through analysis and argumentation,this paper holds that it is not only possible but also necessary for China and theUnited States to transcend the "Thucydides Trap".Otherwise,it will bring great harm and even devastating influence to the two countries and the world.Then,the way to get rid of the trap is to know correctly and face it rationally.The concrete way of transcendence is to deconstruct the three parts between China and the United States.The major structural contradictions are the contradiction of power structure of international system,the structural contradiction of geopolitics,the structural contradiction of development path and political system.For the future development of China-U.S.relations,this paper puts forward three policy suggestions,one is to expand economic and trade cooperation and strengthen the foundation of public opinion,the second is to adhere to common security and promote unity and difference,and the third is to improve global governance and expand people-to-people exchanges.At the same time,for China,the United States,as an established western imperialist country,cannot easily give up its position of global hegemony,nor can it willingly develop a long-term cooperative relationship with China based on the value principle of win-win doctrine.While safeguarding its legitimate rights and interests and development interests,China should not give up its preparations for struggle and seek cooperation through struggle,so that it can better adhere to and develop the co-winner.It is a new type of great power relations that promote the win-win of the construction cooperation.
