Lao Policy To China And The Prospects For Development Of Lao And China Relationship

Lao and China are friendly-neighbors by conjoining with the mountains and rivers, the people of two nations live in harmony since ancient times. Into the 21st century, the friendly relationship and cooperation between the two countries gained all-round development, which have made some significant achievements whether in the areas of political or economic cooperation. Complexity of the current international situation continues to change, therefore, studying on the tendency of the relationship between Lao and China are based on the good cooperative relationship between the two countries. Especially, under the influence of the changing of the international situation, the appropriately of the analysis and the research on the conflict that may occur in the future and the changes in the interests great significance for safeguarding of the fundamental interests of the two countries, in particularly, the maintenance of Laos's independence, sovereignty and development.In the introduction, the article shows the relevant points of views through the collecting and reading of the work citing from home and abroad, including relevant academic research, conference proceedings, reports, newspaper analysis, editorial and other forms of information, proceed to the next step of forming the knowledge of the relations between Lao and China in my way. The paper divided into three sections:Charter I:The Laos's policy to China and the establishment of relationship between Lao and China during the revolution time and in the 70s of the 20th Century. The main part of the charter I introduced historical development of the cooperation and the bilateral relationship between Lao and China in the revolutionary time and the early time of the independence of Laos, basically on the historical data to conduct a study and analysis.Chapter II:The changing of the Laos's policy China and its origin in the 80s of the 20th Century. The major on the charterâ…¡is the studying of the ups and downs of Lao and Sino relations under the influence of the changing of the international situation. This charter mainly focused on the policy in that time and the influence of the international situation.Charter III:Laos's Policy to China and the stable development of relationship in the last of the 90s of the 20th Century. In this last charter, will mainly analysis and research on Laos and Sino relations after 90s and the early of the 21st century, as well as the tendency and the prospects of the Laos-Sino relations development whether in the areas of political or economic co-operation.
