Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Eliminating poverty,improving people's livelihood and achieving common prosperity are the essential requirements of it.Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the leader of the "four comprehension" strategic layout,and solving absolute poverty is a necessary condition for it.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,President Xi Jinping has some innovations in poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation,focusing on improving the quality of life of the rural poor and the overall development level of poverty-stricken areas,and promoting sustainable development in poverty-stricken areas.,and promised the solemn commitment of the rural poor to comprehensively get rid of poverty under the current standards.Researching the theory and practice of poverty alleviation of the CPC in new era,summing up the achievements and experiences of the CPC in poverty alleviation theory and practice,are proposed better develop ideas and suggestions of the theory and practice of poverty alleviation of the CPC in new era.First of all,based on adhering to the Marxist methodology,the study followed dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and traced the origins of the CPC's theory of poverty alleviation through the literature and historical research methods.From the period of the new-democratic revolution,the period of socialist reform and construction,the period of reform and opening up,it reviewed the historical process of the CPC's theoryand practice of poverty alleviation,laying a solid foundation for the research of the theory and practice of poverty alleviation of the CPC in new era;Then,using the normative analysis method and the qualitative analysis method,it started the specific research on the poverty alleviation theory of the CPC in new era.Based on important expositions and scientific views of poverty alleviation theory of the CPC in new era,this paper expounded the background and process of poverty alleviation theory of the CPC in new era,summarized the scientific system of it.It is clear that the poverty alleviation theory of the CPC in new era is a new achievement of the Marxist anti-poverty theory in China,and a crucial part of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the guiding ideology of poverty management in China.Furthermore,through the literature method,interview method and observation method,the empirical research on poverty alleviation practice of the CPC in new era is carried out.A large number of the current practice of poverty alleviation of the CPC is collected and compiled by using qualitative research methods,statistical analysis methods and comprehensive analysis methods.In new era of the CPC 's poverty alleviation practice,political guarantees built a foundation for poverty alleviation organizations,mental security created a healthy environment for poverty alleviation,rule systems ensured the framework of poverty alleviation work,and policies effectively promoted the precise implementation of poverty alleviation.The CPC has achieved world-renowned achievements in this battle of poverty alleviation:the incidence of poverty and the rate of returning to poverty have plummeted,the economic level of poverty-stricken areas has increased steadily,the party's ruling foundation has become more solid,and it has madetremendous contributions to the cause of global poverty reduction.The Poverty Alleviation Practice of the CPC in the New Era shows new features:attach importance to the improvement of ecological environment in poverty-stricken areas,focus on the path of sustainable symbiosis development,clearly distinguish poverty alleviation and development and social security,focus on solving special poverty and deep poverty,and pay attention to power and responsibility of planned integrated poverty alleviation.Finally,combining theory with practice,it summed up the basic experience poverty alleviation theory and practice of the CPC in new era:persisting in the CPC's strong leadership,adhering to the people-centered development ideology,persisting in applying specific problems to analyze poverty alleviation practices,and adhering to the multi-factor symbiosis development.
