Study On The Inspection System Of The Communist Party Of China In The Period Of The Agrarian Revolution

The inner-party inspection system of Communist Party of Chiina(CPC)in the period of the agrarian revolution is known to be the beginning of the institutionalized development of the incumbent inspection system.Meanwhile,it is also the result of the CPC's preliminary exploration of the sinicization of marxism after the failure of the Great Revolution.As a proletarian revolutionary party,the CPC not only needs to guarantee its own revolutionary and purity,but also needs to ensure effective coordination within the party organization.To achieve those goals,the CPC must arm itself with scientific and revolutionary marxist theory,explore and establish a practical and effective supervision and guarantee mechanism,which means that it must combine marxist theory with China's specific revolutionary practice together.The inspection system of CPC in the period of the agrarian revolution was established based on this idea.Although it was alike Chinese ancient traditional supervision system,there were big differences between them.For example,it was not aiming at safeguarding the interests of the ruling class,but was committed to realizing the liberation and the fundamental interests of people.Therefore,it mainly inherited and developed the marxist party construction theory and the supervision ideas.On this basis,it also combined Chinese traditional political culture and the realities of the agrarian revolution together.Then,it almost experienced 3 roughly exploration stage in that period and did some self-adjustments according to the specific reality at different stages.For this reason,it surely promoted the inspection work of CPC to be more systematized,institutionalized and standardized.To explore its characteristics,we should focus on the one comparison between history and reality,and another one between domestic and foreign countries.On the one hand,due to its special historical stage,the inner-party inspection system in the period was influenced by both the local political culture and the lessons of kuomintang corruption and decaying.On the other hand,it was also the result of the young communist party of China's exploration of combining marxist party theory with local political culture and specific revolutionary practice.During this exploration,the CPC was guided by the communist international and the Soviet Union.Therefore,it has both "Soviet Characteristics" and "Native Characteristics".Literally,in the process of system construction and practice exploration,the party initially formed its own internal inspection system with its own characteristics from the five aspects,which are subject,system,task,implementation and norm.Objectively speaking,the CPC inspection system in the period of agrarian revolution was not perfect,while its practical conditions were also not sufficient.There were many bottlenecks in the implementation of the system,which also caused many problems and deficiencies.However,at the special historical stage,the CPC inspection system in the period of agrarian revolution still played an important role in combining the whole party system and people and it indeed achieved its goal in the extremely difficult years.In general,the establishment,exploration and adjustment of the inner-party inspection system of CPC during the agrarian revolution period were exactly results of the party's exploration of the localization of Marxism in China.It reflected the CPC's determination and courage to lead Chinese people on the path of independent development.This series of exploration experience are also important for the construction of the current ruling party,the construction of grass-roots party organizations,the improvement of party-mass relations and the governance of corruption.Therefore,our review and study would not only be conducive to restore the historical appearance,think deeply about the historical objective law of marxism and concrete methods,but also help the contemporary system of inspection system of CPC to find its daily task,and to create innovative methods,which would help enhance the party's ruling ability and its level of management.
