Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of The Inspection System Of The S Municipal Party Committee Of Jiangsu Province

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has made great political achievements in the management of the party and the governance of the country.The foundation of the party is at the grass-roots level,and the inspection system is a favorable weapon to extend from strict administration of the party to the grass-roots level.It is necessary and urgent to carry out the inspection work at the local level.However,due to the lack of practical experience of the local Party committee,the work in some areas is slow,the effect of the inspection work is not obvious,and there are still some difficulties to be solved in carrying out the political inspection work.This paper summarizes the concepts of inspection system and political inspection,introduces the main methods of S municipal Party committee in inspection work on the basis of combing the basis,implementation subject,object and work process of inspection system,and analyzes the political effect of S municipal Party committee in supervision and the ability to find problems in the implementation of inspection system,combining with the inspection practice I participated in and through investigation and interview The paper analyzes the problems in five aspects:strength,team building,inspection rectification and cooperation.Facing the problems existing in the implementation of the inspection system,the Party committee of S city should systematically improve its function orientation,methods,team building,rectification and implementation,cooperation,stick to its function orientation by making a supervision list,exploring the evaluation mechanism of political ecology and grasping the internal connotation of political inspection,break the constraints of "human relationship society" and give full play to the regular inspection and specialized work project inspection advantages and unpredictability of inspection methods should be improved to promote accurate inspection;team building should be strengthened by improving organization setting,carrying out business training,establishing part-time cadre talent pool and establishing reward and punishment mechanism;implementation of rectification should be strengthened by compacting main responsibility of rectification,strengthening supervision,establishing return visit system and listing management of rectification problems;cooperation should be introduced with the system,establish expert consultation database and provide training platform to improve the cooperation mechanism.
