Research On The Construction Of Inspection System Of Ctiy-County Party Committees Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Inspection system is a socialist democratic supervision system with Chinese characteristics stipulated,which is a major measure to strictly govern the Party in an all-round way,and a strategic institutional arrangement to strengthen Inner-Party supervision.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,all municipal Party committees have carried out inspection work.94.8% of county Party committees have established inspection system and have achieved the inspection and supervision of155,000 grass-roots Party organizations.Improving the system of City-County inspection and carrying out inspection work are conducive to promoting Party organizations at all levels to highlight the leadership of the Party,focus on Party building,and help to govern the Party strictly in an all-round way.It not only fills in the blank of inspection and supervision below the county level,unblocks the channels for the grass-roots people to directly reflect the problems,and opens up the "last kilometer" of the Party's strict government in an all-round way,but also constructs a complete inspection and supervision system extending from the central,provincial,municipal,county and township levels to the villages,expands the new path of inner-party supervision,and forms a new pattern of inner-party supervision of horizontal inspection to the border and vertical inspection to the end.Firstly,this paper makes a simple analysis of the background of the inspection system,combs the research results at home and abroad with Citespace visualization tool,summarizes the research literature of the inspection system,analyses the hot spots and time distribution of the research literature on the inspection system,and sums up the relevant concepts involved in this study,which lays a good foundation for further research.Secondly,referring to the relevant experience of cities and counties,this paper expounds the important role in the construction of the inspection system of the City-County Party,analyses the current situation and existing problems of the inspection system,and summarizes the main elements of it.Finally,the paper puts forward the path to improve the construction of inspection system of City-County Party committees,which provides a scientific,operable,systematic and comprehensive basis for the inspection work of City-County.
