Research On The Course And Enlightenment Of The Inner Party Inspection System In The New Democratic Revolution

Inner party inspection system is an important system of inner-party supervision of the Communist Party of China.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has continuously explored and improved the inspection system.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has paid more and more attention to the construction of the inspection system.It has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen and improve the inspection work and play the role of the inspection system as a sword.The period of new democratic revolution is the key period for the initial exploration and formal establishment of the inner-party inspection system.During this period,the inner-party inspection system played an important role in establishing and developing the early party organizations,guiding local work,communicating various policies,resolving inner-party disputes and so on.The inner-party inspection system in the new democratic revolution period can be divided into four stages: the establishment of the party,the germination of the inner-party inspection system in the great revolution period,the formation and improvement of the inner-party inspection system in the agrarian revolution period,the development of the inner-party inspection system in the Anti Japanese War Period,the adjustment,and the gradual stagnation of the inner-party inspection system in the war of liberation.Combing and analyzing the background,main content,remarkable characteristics,function status and development law of the inner-party inspection system in each stage,It is conducive to a general understanding of the evolution of the party inspection system in this period.In the period of the great revolution,the Communist Party of China was just founded,and all the work within the party was in the exploratory stage.The increase of the number of Party members required the central government to strengthen the organization and management of the local areas.The development of the revolutionary work also required the guidance of scientific theory and ideology,and the special commissioners and patrol officers should be born.The period of Agrarian Revolutionary War is the key period for the Communist Party of China to lead the Chinese revolution.In this period,the class composition of the party is complex,various wrong ideas appear,and contradictions and disputes within the party urgently need to be solved.Therefore,the inspection system has been gradually established,and the inspection regulations have been formulated and continuously improved to speed up the inspection work in various regions.During the Anti Japanese War,due to the reasons of the war,the development of the inner-party inspection system was relatively slow,but it also played a certain role in the propaganda work,military guidance work,land reform work and other fields.In the period of the war of liberation,the work of inner-party inspection was less carried out,and the system of inner-party inspection gradually stagnated.The germination and development of the inner-party inspection system in the new democratic revolution is the product of the times,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of revolutionary forces and the guidance of revolutionary work.The close combination of historical experience and contemporary background is helpful to the improvement of current inspection system and the development of inspection work.
