emerged in economic,political,cultural and social aspects.These conflicts,contradictions and a series of problems they triggered restricted the regional ethnic unity and social harmonious development,and also the overall national secuirity was influenced.As a multi-ethnic country,the construction of harmonious society in ethnic areas and the construction of harmonious society in China to form a kind of integrated communication perspective,that is,rational perspective,equal perspective and dialogue perspective based on understanding.Secondly,this paper makes a realistic survey of the ethnic exchanges in modern times in Qinghai province.Before the realistic survey,it should first sort out the relations among exchanges,ethnic relations and the construction of a harmonious society.It can be found that exchanges,ethnic relations and social harmony maintain a close relationship of mutual promotion.Examining the actual inter-ethnic communication relations,it can be seen that the communication relations formed between different ethnic groups have the problems of rationality,intersubjectivity and lack of in-depth dialogue,which are manifested in the fields of economic,political,cultural and social communication.Finally,after examining the problem of ethnic communication,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its causes,and finally puts forward the way to construct a harmonious society in the ethnic areas of China in the new era.
