The problem of employment relationship affects economic development and social stability.To solve the problem of employment relationship,the key is to protect the interests of employees and ensure the balance and coordination between enterprises and employees in terms of the interests.At present,China's workforce is undergoing profound changes.With the rapid growth of the Internet economy,the scale of new employees is constantly expanding and new conflicts between employers and employees are constantly breaking out and even escalating,which has made the problem become the focus of current theoretical circles.In both China and the West,trade union is regarded as an important force in balancing the interests of employees and employers.In the western theoretical circle,trade union plays an important role in the study of the employment relationship coordination.China's trade union has also been trying to adapt to the changes in the employment relationship and plays an active role in the coordination of the employment relationship.Through the analysis of the literature,this paper finds that China's trade union,as the important organization of employees,can promote fair distribution and effective management,can adapt to the complex and diverse changes of employment relationship under the new situation.It plays an irreplaceable role in the coordination of employment relationship,which is worth further study.As traditional employment relationship has weakened,the flexible and diverse forms of new employment have brought about job insecurity and income inequality,which have far-reaching implications for the future labor market and economic development pattern.From the perspective of trade union welfare,the paper studies the role of trade union in the coordination of employment relationship in traditional enterprises and new enterprises respectively.Meanwhile,it analyzes the effect of trade union welfare,and emulate its role in improving the efficiency of employment relationship coordination through mathematical model.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Trade union welfare can regulate the relationship between the job satisfaction and the atmosphere of labor relations.In combination with the factors affecting the employment relationship mentioned in Sandwall's model,the results are obtained according to the finally revised model: both employee participation and win-win labor-management partnership can significantly improve employee's internalsatisfaction.In addition,trade union welfare can also positively regulate the relationship between the two kinds of labor relations atmosphere and internal job satisfaction.(2)Trade union welfare have an impact on job satisfaction of online car-hailing drivers.By building a logistic regression model,the analysis shows the significant relationship in the interaction between car-hailing drivers as trade union membership and four kinds of satisfaction.Trade union welfare can regulate simultaneously the income of online car-hailing drivers,the services of the online car-hailing platform,management policy and the satisfaction of the work to improve the overall satisfaction of the online car-hailing drivers.(3)Trade union welfare can improve the efficiency of employment relationship coordination.Through the "government-trade union welfare-individual" and "enterprise management-trade union welfare-individual" models,the paper uses iterative model simulation to verify the improvement of trade union welfare on the efficiency of employment relationship coordination.In the relationship structure with trade union welfare,whether the government and employees,or the enterprise management and employees,can quickly transfer efficiency in a stable stage and produce more stable communication.This paper puts forward the related policies and suggestions on the coordinated development of the employment relationship of the trade union welfare.China's trade union welfare should play a more active role: Firstly,strengthen self-improvement and development of the trade union welfare to improve employee's internal satisfaction and external satisfaction evenly,overcome the pressure of the enterprise management and the weakness of its own strength in the protection of employees' rights in the trade union welfare within the enterprise,and enhance the pertinence of the employees' service welfare.Secondly,further expand the coverage of trade union welfare in the coordination of employment relationship in new enterprises,so that employees in all kinds of enterprises can enjoy relevant benefits.Third,turn the characteristics of duplicity into the advantages of coordination.Relying on long-established cooperation with the government,trade union can play the trade union welfare's role as coordination of employment relationship by virtue of source participation,laws and policies.The innovation of this paper is as follows : First,the research of trade union coordination in employment relationship has been carried out from many perspectives.For the first time,this paper takes the trade union welfare as the main body to carry out research,sorts out the development process of trade union welfare,preliminarily definesits meaning,and then conducts a systematic study.Secondly,in terms of research methods,based on the factors involved in Sandwall's model,it constructs a theoretical model of the regulating role of trade union welfare on the employment relationship of enterprises,and analyzes the regulating role of trade union welfare on the labor relations atmosphere and job satisfaction.Through iterative model,it emulate the role of trade union welfare in improving the efficiency of employment relationship coordination.Thirdly,in terms of research dimension,especially centering on employment relationship of the online car-hailing,it studies the employment relationship coordination between traditional enterprises and new enterprises,and systematically sorts out the characteristics of the online car-hailing employment relationship and the regulating role of the trade union welfare.
