With the rapid development of market economy and the enlargement of the salaried workers team,Chinese labor union organization system also rapidly,but the long existing problems have become increasingly prominent,such as when the labor conflicts,the role of trade unions is weak,can not protect the rights of workers,labor contracts,labor protection and other issues so that the number of labor disputes continue to upgrade and so on.As we all know,there is a great difference between Chinese trade unions and Western trade unions.The attribute of trade union organization in China has long been a controversial topic in academic circles.For many problems China unions face,at present most of scholars think that the double China trade unions or even multiple functions to the in role conflict and ultimately affect the play of its function.The function is not effectively play attachment status for the party,government and enterprise management and unions are closely related,the attachment position weakened the union representative responsible for the interests of workers,trade unions lack of complete independence makes it impossible to fully represent the interests of workers.Since the party's eighteen years,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the trade union reform and innovation has made clear requirements.In January 8,2015,the CPC Central Committee issued "on the strengthening and improving the party's mass work opinions",clear requirements of reform and innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for development and progress of mass work.In various mass organizations to promote reform and innovation under the background of reform,innovation of trade union in the mass organization reform and innovation in the special important position,plays a special important role.Whether from the requirements of the CPC Central Committee,the masses of workers to adapt to the needs of the situation and tasks;location or duties from the union organization,trade unions must look at the characteristics of walking in the forefront of reform and innovation cluster.The trade unions in Colleges and universities as an important part of the reform will inevitably play an "vanguard" role,and the trade unions in Colleges and universities at present,there are still many internal and external problems to be solved.As far as the research of the trade union in Colleges and universities is concerned,some of them are qualitative analysis,less empirical and accurate research.This is the starting point of this paper.The purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the satisfaction and the disadvantage of the trade unions in Colleges and universities to investigate their duties so as to find out the existing trade union union and put forward relevant countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the Reform Party's mass work.I take four colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the sample,and make an empirical research on the trade unions in Colleges and universities.The results show that the trade union cadres,the activities of the trade union,trade unions and trade unions to fulfill the functions of positioning factors significantly influence the union satisfaction;finally,according to the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects.
