Based On The Systematic Analysis Of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee Party School Cadre Education And Training Effectiveness Research

Today,The Central and Yunnan provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party has put forward a lot of new requirements on the education and training of cadres,education and training of cadres is more and more presented marketization,socialization and diversification,the quality and ability of students is more and more excellent.The research on how to improve the effectiveness of the education and training of cadres has become a pressing matter of the Party School of Yunnan Province.In this article,with the help of the system theory perspective,we will try to analysis the problems of the education and training of cadres for the Party School of Yunnan Province based on many questionnaire surveies and through the empirical research method.The ultimate aim is to give some reference advice to improve the effectiveness of cadre education and training.The main content of this paper is mainly reflected in the following areas:Firstly,we will analysis the oretical foundation and concept oriented about the validity of the education and training of cadres, further argument the validity of the education and training of cadres,and then,we will put forward four guides which should be adhered to improve the validity of the education and training of cadres.Secondly,this paper will analysis the history and current situation of the education and training of cadres for the Party School of Yunnan Province,and analysis the common and difference between the present situation and the demand of the education and training of cadres,and then,we will try to find out the influencing factors which will Influence the validity of the education and training of cadres.Thirdly,we will analysis and construct a system about how to promote the effectiveness of the validity of the education and training of cadres.On the basis of Pointing out the practical significance of constructing a system about how to promote the effectiveness of the validity of the education and training of cadres by the perspective of system theory and system analysis method,we will analysis the system components and the operation principle,and then,we will try to construct a system about how to promote the effectiveness of the validity of the education and training of cadres.Finally, according to the effective promotion system,this paper try to offer proposal of the following countermeasure:Firstly,we should pay attention to the dynamic management, remodeling the process of the education and training of cadres, try to form the move in circles training process.Maybe such areas should be highly concerned:the training needs survey, design of the plan of training, teaching management, assessment, achievement transformation tracking feedback link function.Secondly, we should constantly strengthen and improve the construction about the education and training of cadres system and try to create a good conditions to create good conditions based on the following aspects:Class setting, training content, teaching method, teachers, student management and logistics services.Finally, we should build a set of effective leadership and coordination mechanisim,such mechanism should be contact and interaction between internal and external. In order to promote the effectiveness of the validity of the education and training of cadres,it is not only need the Party school try to actively promote the working level,but also need the coordination and support from related department such as the party committee, government,and supervisor authorities.
