From Space Race To Space Cooperation, The Theoretical Construction And Realistic Transformation Of Space Diplomacy

It is the basic issues of aerospace diplomacy that changes of relationship and the adjustments of policy between space competition and space cooperation.Based on the main axis of competition and cooperation,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of aerospace diplomacy and analyzes the realistic transformation by commercial aerospace.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature on aerospace diplomacy,the core issues,main methods and innovations of the study were clarified,and the connotation,extension and characteristics of the concept of aerospace diplomacy were defined.By combing the development history of aerospace diplomacy since 1957 and the current development trend of aerospace diplomacy,combining the development path and analysis paradigm of international political economy theory in interdependence,hegemony stability,world system,nationalism and dependency theory,the aerospace diplomacy is summarized.The theoretical elements of diplomacy in terms of strategy,funding and technology.Based on these three theoretical elements of aerospace diplomacy,the planned economic attributes of the aerospace industry,the core actors of the state,and the essential characteristics of the game of great powers are established as the paradigm of aerospace diplomacy.For the main logic,establish a theoretical model of aerospace diplomacy,and form theoretical inferences in space competition and space cooperation.The quantitative research method of correlation analysis and the qualitative research method of comparative analysis are comprehensively used to test the theory and inference.Through the analysis of theoretical restrictive conditions,commercial aerospace is identified as a subversive variable that changes the external environment and conditions of aerospace diplomacy,and the development of aerospace diplomacy is predicted.Then,based on the theoretical framework of aerospace diplomacy constructed by the article,it analyzes and studies the general situation of world aerospace diplomacy,the structure and policies of major spacefaring nations and the international aerospace organization,and explains the current status and trends of aerospace diplomatic relations.In particular,based on the summary of China's aerospace diplomatic practice,it designs and proposes policy on China 's aerospace diplomacy in terms of the game of major powers,multilateral domination,and application promotion.Finally,review and summarize the essence and inspiration of aerospace diplomacy,and look forward to the future aerospace diplomacy.
