This study is written to determine how American and Russian policies affect the space sphere of a partnership between the two countries represented in this thesis. The importance of the space theme is determined by the interest of many objects of international relations, both public and private. In my research,I try to trace the interdependence of the chosen political course and the space sphere.Comparative and analytical methods, which are taken as a basis for the study, allow answering the main questions that I asked in the work,as well as to track whether the presidents influence the formation of the country's space policy or it is done at a lower level. That is,the study is devoted to a more specific topic and problem-space partnership. To reinforce my thoughts,I used competent sources.I applied and analyzed official documents, briefings, and excerpts from meetings at the official level, articles of relevant authors,as well as news resources, links are provided at the end of the work.In this thesis,I analyzed space policy in different periods and during the rule of various presidents. All this allowed me to conclude that the partnership between America and Russia will remain, but will change because political leaders directly influence the formation of space policy. As you know, the opinions of political leaders on doing business are not always similar, which directly affects the interaction in space.
