Along with the reform of Wushu physical education,the reform of Wushu teaching is imperative,and the content of Wushu teaching is always the hot topic of the Wushu teaching reform.This paper takes the school Wushu teaching content as the research object,and accepts the martial arts education students as the subjects.Using the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and expert analysis method of multi factor research method,with the help of he technical theory of culture,law,martial arts skills development of students physical and the opinions and suggestions of experts,it build the content system of school Wushu teaching.In conclusions,the results are following:Firstly,after the early years of the Republic,Wushu teaching content was lack of status in school sports;with the national attention and related policy guarantee,Wushu teaching content had been slow to develop;during the cultural revolution,Wushu teaching contents was in retreat or stagnant stage;after the reformed and Wushu teaching content obtained the full development;the implementation of curriculum standards masked Wushu teaching content with the autonomy and flexibility.Secondly,present situation of Wushu teaching contents in primary and middle schools are following:it was some different of Cognition of Wushu teaching content influenced by television,movies and other media;technical content set up more confusion.In martial arts teaching,learning not only,it need to improve the effectiveness.Thirdly,system of school Wushu teaching construct by technology culture theory.The teaching contents should be selected to meet the goal of education and school physical education mission;the design of teaching content should also follow the nature and the logic structure of Wushu.Fourthly,construction of the contents of school Wushu teaching must have certain principle.Principles are following:desalination routine,prominent method,emphasis on practical;prominent boxing,boxing frame optimization;health;system;the culture and education of the principle.The martial arts teaching content organization and arrangement mode of spiral,linear and progressive differentiation and integration.Fifthly,the technical level of primary school Wushu teaching main content system are basic skills,small combination and short sets and the cultural level are etiquette and boxing story;teaching main content in the middle school are basic skills,small combination,short sleeve,practice and the cultural level are morality education and enhancing national cohesion;the technical level of University Wushu teaching main content are basic skills,routine,to practice and actual combat,the cultural level to Wushu culture based.
