Study On Effectiveness Of The Minor's Ideological And Moral Education

To strengthen and improve the minors' ideological and moral education is not only an important subject of education,but also a matter of important political issue.Minors as an special education object of ideological and moral education,their ideological and moral quality will decide the cause of socialism and the great revival of the Chinese nation.At present,minors'circumstance have taken the great changes in the life.Living,learning,communication and many other changes of minors' injected vitality into the ideological and moral education,but also poses a great challenge.In this thesis,we will take the latest achievements of Marxism as the theory instruction,and minors' ideological and moral education of Chinese and western achievements must be taken for reference.On the basis of the interpretation of the minors'ideological and moral education connotation,we study on structure,function,shape,effectiveness generated,theory reference,and so on.At the same time we use the literature research,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods to investigate the present situation of the education of ideology and morality in Hubei.Then we analyse the problems existing in the minors' ideological and moral and education,and based on the existing social and economic development level and material conditions,to explore the general idea to strengthen the minors' main countermeasures.This paper consists of seven parts:In the first chapter:The introduction mainly discusses the reason of selected topic,the research significance,research ideas and methods,the innovation of the paper,then generalize the basic framework of the paper.And generalize the related research results of ideological and moral education of minors'.In the second chapter:This chapter mainly definite the connotation of the minors' ideological and moral education effectiveness in our country.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the concept,we elaborate the structure,function and form of the minors' ideological and moral education.In the third chapter:Practice need the guidance of theory.The classical writers of Marxism and the Chinese communists on the minors'ideological and moral education related discussions laid a solid theoretical basis.At the same time,we should draw lessons from the ancient Chinese minors' ideological and moral education theories and methods as well as western psychology,behaviour science beneficial results of minors' ideological and moral education.In the fourth chapter:This part discusses the generating mechanism of minors'ideological and moral education effectiveness from the perspective of system.We analyse the composition of ideological and moral education effectiveness and the relationship between the effectiveness of the generated elements and the minors' ideological and moral education system,then discuss the relationship between the system and external environment.In the fifth chapter:The minors' present situation of ideological and moral education has carried on in Hubei province,from the political consciousness,moral consciousness,interpersonal communication and psychological health,education status,to understand the minors' ideological and moral and education success and problems.In the sixth chapter:Based on the minors' ideological and moral education practice,we summarize and refine the minors' basic principles in ideological and moral education.At the same time,Based on the minors' ideological and moral education system,we grasp the key link of contradictions,and then discusses the the general idea to strengthen the minors' ideological and moral education effectiveness.In the seventh chapter According to the general idea of minors' ideological and moral education effectiveness,based on weak links and prominent aspects of ideological and moral education,we proposed main countermeasures of minors'ideological and moral education effectiveness.
