A Study Of School Sports Policy Communication System In Elementary Schools And Middle Schools In China

School sports policy communication is very important in the process of operation.Good communication effect of school sports policy is contribute t.o the effective implementation of the school sports policy.From the perspective of communication,the study uses several types of research methods including literature,questionnaires,interview surveys,crawling and other social science research methods in order to analyze the current situation of the sports policy communication effect in elementary schools and middle schools in China,and construct a scheme to enhance the communication effect of the school sports policy.The study conclude as follows:(1)The concept of school sports policy communication is:The school sports policy communicator using a variety of ways and various media channels to transfer and diffusion the school sports policy messages.(2)According to different communicator,the study summarizes eight kinds of school sports policy communication modes.The evolution of these models framework is:the policy communicator from a single government behavior to a pluralistic social behavior,the rela.tionship of communicator and audience from One-way to the multidirectional gradually,The ideas of communication from"propaganda" to"negotiated interaction",.the way of comnunication from single way to comprehensive ways.(3)There are 5 factors which are relevent to the communication effect of the sports policy.They are the communication content,the communication channels,the school sports environment.,the opinion leaders and the P.E.teachers.(4)The effect of the school sports policy communication in elementary schools and middle schools in China is not optimistic;it was largly influenced by the 5 factors which were aforementioned.The suvey data shows that:①The credibility and policy attitude of the opinion leaders has been questioned.②The text of the policy is spread fastly,the interpretation of information is very scarce.Audience pa.y more attention to examination policy.③Organizational channel play an irreplaceable role in policy communication,but the feedback channel is not smooth.Mass communication channels,especially new media communication channels are widely used,and the public feedback are collected here quickly.④PE teachers’ professional self-identity is very low,but their occupational expectation and wishes are high,they are desire to study school sports policy.⑤School sports policy’ s environment is very poor.(5)Under the new media environment,school sports policy present a new morphological characteristics,and will bring new communication effect.
