With the development of globalization of technology and information,practice in the field of educational technology took on an air of prosperity.However,rationality of the introduction have not been thought about.Suspension of phenomenology re-quires us to respect the phenomenon and describe the things without pre-determined,so it is necessary to ask the rational of Educational Technology and analyze its gen-eration.First,under the principle of facing the things themselves,the things of education and technology were observed afresh,and the substantive characteristics of education which are focused on the inheritance and communication of knowledge between edu-cator and educatee were discovered.But it couldn’t be finished alone by education itself and had to with the aid of technology,which caused education existed by an education-technical structure.Then the underlying cause of "technology introduced into education" was explained by this structure.Secondly,the education-technical structure priori constituted a tension of movement and triggered inner-differance movement between "education" and "tech-nology",which construct the educational being.Meanwhile,the interactive function between educational and technological was declared and the original status of educa-tional technology was revealed by the movement.Besides,the Educational Being and Educational Technology Being were becoming in this inner-differance movement,Thirdly,the presence of differance movement between educational being and technological being was manifested as technological application by human.In this process,technology constructed education and it had been changed.Human in the educational field was classified into educator and educatee,which formed different relations with technology,such as alterity relations,hermeneutic relations,back-ground relations and embodiment relations.Technology played a various parts in dif-ferent relations,and different relationship revealed different existed condition of technology.One limitation of the study is that the theory of Educational Technology Becom-ing need further deepen and expand under the Phenomenological principle,and car-ries on the practice test under the conditions allow.
