Kindergarten outdoor sports activities as the embodiment of children's sports, play a crucial role in the healthy development of children. However, due to the influence of many factors in the specific activity organization process, children's subjectivity is neglected, which makes it difficult to realize children's complete activity experience.Body phenomenology pays attention to the external expression and internal experience of children's body in outdoor sports activities, aiming to realize the true pursuit of children's physical education activities through the unification of body and mind. From body phenomenology theory analysis perspective,to children's sports activities in the development of the unity of body and mind as the starting point, follow the "phenomenon-reflection-revelation" research path,go deep into the kindergarten outdoor sports activities on site,to observe children's "body" in the outdoor sports status, and through interviews to understand the children's inner feelings and experiences in outdoor sports.Based on this, this paper attempts to make an in-depth analysis of children's "physical existence" in outdoor sports activities in kindergarten from three dimensions of time, space and system. The status quo of "physical existence" of children in physical activities is as follows: from the perspective of time dimension, children should adapt to the unified activity time arranged by the kindergarten, and adjust their own body rhythm in the standard time implemented by the teacher, and adapt to the rhythm of the teacher. From the perspective of spatial dimension, children should adapt to complete outdoor sports activities in a fixed space and accept the teacher's arrangement of activity areas.Children's bodies are enclosed in a space with a certain boundary and are in a state of isolation. From the perspective of institutional dimension, children should follow the requirements of activity rules in outdoor sports activities, acquire motor skills and develop physical habits.Children's poetic body is fixed in specific activity areas by knowledge assembly line and in a normative state.Reflecting on outdoor sports activities in kindergartens from the perspective of body phenomenology,it is found that there are mainly the following aspects affecting children's "physical existence".Firstly,Under the influence of the physical education curriculum in the school of science and technology, the organization of physical education activities in the kindergarten pays too much attention to the needs of the society, pays attention to the imparting of knowledge and the training of skills, and ignores the satisfaction of children's own needs. As a result, outdoor physical education activities in the kindergarten are separated from children's real life.Secondly,In the traditional view of the body, the emphasis on "suppressing the body and promoting the mind" still plays a role.Teachers pay too much attention to the mastery of children's spiritual knowledge, children's physical activities become mere forms, and the intrinsic value of children's physical education is ignored.Thirdly,From the pressure of adult culture, adults through the design, implementation and evaluation of sports activities, adult culture is forced into the children, resulting in the suppression of child culture in the state of adult culture, not effective development. Therefore, based on the theoretical perspective of body phenomenology, this paper explores the development path of children's physical education:First of all,the development of physical education curriculum and the organic combination of children's experience;Secondly, teacher should seek the balance between space and time of institutionalized activities and children's "physical existence".Finally, teacher should explore the equal dialogue between teachers and children and realize the complementary culture.
