Throughout the development process of football in our country,the competition level and development speed is far behind Europe and other Asian developed countries,although achieved excellent record in recent years in the Asian Super League clubs,but our national team has repeatedly failed that attaches great importance to the development of local youth is the cornerstone of China long-term progress of football.In the whole process of training of adolescent athlete selection practice is particularly important,but in view of the current our country outstanding football talents selection work and lack of scientific basis,mainly rely on the subjective evaluation of coaches.Therefore,based on the in-depth understanding of football sports essence and football athletic ability structure,construction of material scientific methods of Chinese adolescent soccer players selection index system,and has some practical significance for accelerating the scientific process of Chinese football players.This research mainly uses the literature material law,the test method,the mathematical statistics method,the expert interview method and so on carries on the construction of U17 male soccer athlete selection index system:1.17 years old male soccer players is usually at the early stage of special increase stage,the stage of the training content and training arrangement should be optimum stage of the cell basis for training,at the same time better basic training stage and the best competitive stage will do a good job cohesion,its corresponding material level for intermediate material selection stage,evaluation indicator compared and more detailed and comprehensive junior football player selection stage.2.Shape,quality,function,psychology,technology and technique and tactics performance is a goalkeeper,defender,midfielder and striker has first-level indicators,but the index weight varies by location.Goalkeeper selection indicators is : the body form(0.10),body function(0.05),physical(0.15),psychological(0.20),technology(0.20),technique and tactics performance(0.30);Defender : body form(0.10),body function(0.05),physical(0.15),psychological(0.20),technology(0.20),technique and tactics performance(0.30);Midfielder: body form(0.05),body function(0.05),physical(0.15),psychological(0.20),(0.25)technology,technique and tactics performance(0.30);Striker: body form(0.05),body function(0.05),physical(0.20),psychological(0.20),(0.20)technology,technique and tactics performance(0.30).3.The location of the secondary index and its weights has obvious characteristic,can clearly reflect the location of the athlete needs,to the 17 years old male soccer players in China when selecting good players,we must fully consider position factor,to improve the scientific level of talent identification.4.The percentile method used for comprehensive evaluation of athletes at different positions in the form,quality,function,psychology and special technology was established to each module corresponding to the ability of typical single index evaluation standards and the selection method of the index system,back substitution test show that it can more objectively reflect the differences in the competitive ability of the U17 youth football players the material can be used for U17 soccer players in China.
