Study On The Construction Of Material Selection Index System For Young Male Athletes Of 7-person English Rugby

As eastern-asia football formally into the project,our country gradually started to attach importance to the development of the sport,in December1990,founded in China agricultural university in China’s mainland the first men’s football team,domestic the first rugby games were held in 1992,the1996 national sports commission formally announced the formation of the Chinese football association,football in China in the 21 st century enters a period of comprehensive development,fully integrated into the international football,frequent games,competitive level enhances unceasingly,China has seven football project in our country,the development process and from small to big,by amateur participation into the professional development.Athletes selecting is very important to competitive sports,is the starting point of sports training,sports field is an important research topic,the development of competitive sports practice shows that sports want to constantly development requires the cultivation of reserve talented person must be synchronized,selection and training of talents and improving the competitive ability the important link of athletes.The selection of outstanding reserve talents is not only related to the sustainable development of the sport,but also related to the level of competitive sports.At present,there is no systematic theoretical research and discussion on the selection of rugby sevens in China,so it is necessary to use excellent scientific selection methods for reference to study the selection of rugby sevens.This study through the establishment of the eastern-asia rugby youth men athletes selecting index system and evaluate objectively the young man athlete in football program,thereby effectively support for coaches in football selection advice,substantially promoting excellent football reserve talent reserves,supplement and perfect the system rugby seven people selection theory knowledge,finally promote the development of rugby seven people system project.The results showed that:(1)The selection of players is crucial to the development of rugby sevens.At present,the selection of players for rugby sevens is mainly carried out by the experience evaluation of coaches,and there is no fixed scientific and systematic selection mode.(2)The selection index system of seven-a-side rugby junior male players has been established,including 7 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators.(3)Calculate the weight value of the index in the index system of sevena-side rugby youth boys’ selection,establish the comprehensive evaluation level of the index system,and provide the coaches with a comprehensive evaluation method for players and establish the evaluation standard.
