The one who gets far achievement must be moral.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward in the nineteenth report: "improve the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation." Good moral quality not only shows individual civilization accomplishment,but also is an important force to promote social progress and prosperity of the country.In order to give full play to the important role of socialist builders in the crucial period of building a well-off society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through an all-round way,university students should not only possess solid professional skills,but also improve noble moral qualities.In order to enable university students to gain excellent moral quality,ideological and political educators need to study the internal factors affecting moral quality of university students--moral psychology.The level of moral quality depends on the individual's moral psychological level and moral behavior.Moral psychology is not only the internal component of moral quality,but also directly promotes the emergence and development of its external elements-moral behavior.Therefore,in order to improve the moral quality of university students,it is necessary to cultivate the moral psychology of university students.The first part is the basic theory,which is the foundation of this study.Firstly,on the basis of the connotation of the moral psychology,it divides moral psychology to moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will and moral personality.The former three elements is moral psychological process,and the last is moral psychological tendency.To clarify the basic concepts for the subsequent research,the following research has carried on the analysis from moral concept to moral consciousness and then to moral self,which ensures that the research can be firmly based on the development of the times and moral psychological status.Finally,through the connection with moral education,the relationship between moral psychological cultivation and ideological and political education is clarified.The second part has combed the theory and reference of the moral psychological cultivation of university students,and provided a solid theoretical basis for the cultivation research.The cultivation of moral psychology of university students shouldfirstly adhere to the ideology of Marx's moral education thought.Both the Marx and Engels' doctrine and the Chinese Marxian's doctrine have provided a rich theoretical guidance to the cultivation of moral psychology.Secondly,based on the thought of
