The position of moral education in the university would chuck away if it can not go with time. The direct moral education brought the positive effect ever in the 1980s. But now moral education in the university must change with the changes of environments and objects so that it can be accepted by the undergraduate in new time. Basing on the rising cultural psychology, the cultural thought should be used for surveying and cultivating undergraduate moral. Though the definiens of culture is extensive, the feature of campus culture is vivid and it can be controlled on some degrees. It's significant to researching campus culture and extending to whole society.The influence of campus culture to undergraduate moral and psychology and run mechanism of the influence were argued. In the first, the cultural essence of moral psychology was analyzed. The bi-directional and dialectic relations between moral psychology and culture were indicated. It was also pointed that the advanced characteristic campus culture had the function of improving undergraduates and transporting advanced moral to society. Secondly ,basing on the investigation, the bi-directional influence of campus culture to undergraduate moral was indicated, at the same time the run mechanism and characters of the influence were explained in order to unearth the superiority of cultural education. Finally, the deficiencies in the construction of environment, the construction of system and the organizational construction, several most important parts of campus culture, were argued. Four strategies, optimizing physical environment, assimilating the spirit of university, improving the culture and deepening social practice, were raised.
