Human Capital?Innovation Ability And Regional Economic Growth

The stage of development of an innovation-oriented country with innovation as the main driving force is the necessary stage of economic development,which is the abandonment of the economic development stage with the material elements and capital elements as the driving force.Therefore,the theory of innovation ability is one of the hot issues in the field of economic research,and now which has made some research results.Innovation ability can rely on human capital to play its effect,and jointly promote the regional economic growth.In view of this,the paper chooses human capital?innovation ability and regional economic growth as the research object,which purpose is to provide innovative country to provide theoretical support.From the reality,China's human capital distribution is very uneven,the structure and quality of human capital seriously restricts the improvement of innovation ability,and affects the regional economic development.China's overall innovation capacity is weak,most of the innovation is based on technology imitation and technology-based,independent innovation capability is urgently needed to improve.The regional characteristics of human capital and innovation have affected the growth of regional economy,which makes the economic growth to be uneven in the east?middle and west regions,and the economic growth in each region is also different.It can be seen that in the period of economic transformation,the relationship between human capital,innovation ability and regional economic growth still has obvious characteristics of local area,and it needs to be explored in the light of China's reality.The paper expounds the important concepts of human capital,innovation ability and regional economic growth.Combining related research literature shows that human capital and innovation ability play an important positive role in promoting regional economic growth.Not only that,human capital level and structure are related to innovation ability.Based on this,the paper forms the analysis framework of human capital,innovation ability and regional economic growth on the basis of literature review.This paper analyzes the regional economic growth gap by means of technical analysis,analyzes the contribution rate of technological progress in the region,and explores the evolution trend and regional characteristics of the contribution rate of technological progress in China,and analyzes the human capital and innovation ability respectivelyimpact on regional technology contribution rate.Furthermore,the paper studies the characteristics of human capital distribution in China,focusing on the level and structure of human capital,and analyzing the relevant determinants of human capital changes in each region.On this basis,it analyzes the growth effect of human capital in China.Innovation ability is one of the key issues in the study.The paper evaluates the innovation ability of each region in our country,analyzes the mechanism of regional innovation ability to regional economic growth,explores the changing trend and influencing factors of regional innovation ability,and analyzes the reasons why the regional innovation ability is low.Finally,through the study of international and domestic cases,this paper puts forward some ways to enhance the innovation ability of human capital development in China based on the promotion of regional innovation ability.Compared with the previous research,the possible innovation of the paper is that,firstly,within the framework of regional economic growth,it focuses on human capital,innovation ability and the interaction mechanism of the two,forming an analysis framework of human capital?innovation ability and regional economygrowth;Secondly,the previous literature only focuses on some aspects of human capital analysis;this paper from the human capital stock?flow and structure of a detailed and comprehensive analysis of China's regional human capital evolution trend,analysis of its related decisionsfactors,and empirical analysis of the growth effect of human capital;Thirdly,the conclusion of previous studies is that the innovation ability of our country is generally low,but the literature which is deeply and comprehensively explores its causes is rare;On the basis of assessing the innovation ability of each region in our country,this paper analyzes the effect of regional innovation ability on regional economic growth and analyzes the changing trend and influencing factors of regional innovation ability in our country,and analyzes the deep-seated reasonsofthe regional innovationlow-level effect.Through the research,it is found that the contribution rate of technological progress in the eastern region of China is the highest,with the growth rate of 3%per year.The contribution rate of technological progress is the decisive factor of economic growth.Through the general human capital model and the special human capital model,we can see that the technological innovation in the central and western regions is more dependent on the level of economic development;the higher the human capital,the greater the contribution of the region's innovation capacity.Through the education of the Gini coefficient,the human capital structure is generally declining,and the structural difference is changing step by step.However,the internal structure of the western region is different and still needs to be balanced.China's innovation ability has a strong clustering distribution in space,and there is a strong difference between the interregional and the region,but this kind of difference has the dynamic characteristics.
